The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In March 2022, Kagawa was awarded the award after being recognized by customers for the high quality of his work.
Kagawa doesn't just create pretty designs; he has the skill to understand meaning and visualize it, and his project was selected as Project of the Year within the client company, resulting in great success.
Here are some comments about Kagawa.

Congratulations, Kagawa-kun! I heard that a project that we worked on together last year was selected as Project of the Year within the other company.
Kagawa's name has become known within the other company, and he has been called on by name on many occasions. He has also received high praise for the job we are currently working on, with the person in charge saying, "I'm glad we asked Kagawa."
I really feel that it is thanks to you that we have been able to brand "Monosus" to our customers, so I have recommended you as the MVP. Congratulations to you.

I was not involved in this project, but when I heard from Mr. Ito that the work that Kagawa was involved in won the Project of the Year award within the client's company, I thought that was amazing and decided to recommend him as the MVP.
I heard that Kagawa's job was to take a document-based manuscript, assemble all the information elements, and turn it into a design. It's not just about creating a pretty design, but understanding the meaning and visualizing it requires a very high level of skill. I imagined that this was what was appreciated.
Everyone knows that Kagawa's performance is excellent, but I was also happy to learn that his clients appreciate the quality of his work and deliverables, and I wanted everyone to know about this, so I recommended him as MVP.
Congratulations, Kagawa.

Congratulations Yutaro. What struck me while listening to everyone's comments this time was the story of how, without any wires, you were able to understand the other party's intentions from the text they sent you, and then create the page based on that.
I'm working with Yutaro on a different project, and during that project he said to me, "I'll make the wires." And as always, he gave me something great.
In the first submission, our images were different, but after we worked out the nuances, the second proposal was of such high quality that I couldn't say enough about it, and it made such a strong impression on me that I remember feeling very happy. I think the customer had a similar experience. They thought, "This is what I was looking for!"
In the process of designing or creating something, it's important to make something that looks good, but it's also very important to organize elements such as what to communicate, how to communicate it, what words to use, and how to communicate it in order of priority, and from a planner's point of view, it takes a lot of man-hours. I think it's rare to find a designer who can absorb that and bring it into the design.
Completing high-quality work quickly leads to greater efficiency in the entire project and produces quality products, yet he maintains a humble attitude. I really respect him as a professional.

Thank you for recommending me. Every time I'm chosen as an MVP, I'm always surprised and think, "Is it really me?"
As the person who recommended me said, I've always wanted to go beyond just creating beautiful designs and be able to think about the previous phase, namely, "what information to put together and how to communicate it in an easy-to-understand way," so I'm incredibly happy that this was recognized.
Also, I have been awarded the MVP several times in the past, and in the past the reasons for being recommended were things like "I pushed myself hard on a lot of projects," so I felt like they were evaluating the "quantity" of my work. However, this time I was evaluated for the "quality," or the content of my work, so I am very happy.
thank you very much.
