Congratulations to MVP Yuka Tanaka on her honest growth

At Monosus, we select the person who can say, "I worked the hardest this month!" and hold an awards ceremony at a monthly meeting where everyone gathers.

The September 2021 MVP award was awarded to Yuka Tanaka, a director working in Bangkok, Thailand.

Tanaka came to Monosus through the Kamiyama Monosus School. With the support of those around her, she seems to be able to utilize her reliable personality to do her job.

This time, we received recommendations from a whopping four people! We will introduce their recommendation messages, as well as comments from the award winner, Tanaka, and our CEO, Hayashi.

congratulations!

I started working with Tanaka on a project around spring this year. We didn't have much contact before then, but the first thing I noticed when we started working together was that he was incredibly reliable.

Even during project meetings, the communication was thorough and well prepared. I often ask a lot of questions because I'm worried, but I feel like I can leave it to them with peace of mind.

I'm not sure why I chose this timing, but today I naturally felt like "I want to recommend Yuka Tanaka." Since she took charge of a certain project, we have been receiving orders from the group company, and I believe this is all thanks to her hard work from the first release and the delivery this spring. I'm happy that I recommended her as an MVP and that the others agreed with me. Congratulations.

Congratulations! Actually, I received a recommendation from Mr. Okuyama earlier, so I thought I'd take this opportunity to recommend him too.

Yuka is a very hard worker, and Thai coders and directors have always said they wanted to give her the MVP award. For various reasons, the opportunity had slipped by, but this time, thanks to a recommendation from a Japanese member who works with her, she was able to win the award for the first time, and we are very happy about that.

Yuka's senior colleague, Machiyama-san, has been supporting her for a long time now, meeting one-on-one almost every day. Recently, Machiyama-san has been highly evaluating me, and I have also been able to continue to complete projects successfully, which has made me realize once again how much I have grown.

Yuka-san is very polite in her speech and manner, and is more humble than anyone else, straightforward, and competitive, but I think she is the type of person who can absorb anything and put it into practice like a sponge. I think it is because of her attitude that she is able to receive support from many people, which has led to her own growth. Congratulations on your first award.

Congratulations, Tanaka-chan.

Recently, I've been away from her and working away from her, so I haven't been able to see her concrete achievements, but I've actually heard about her achievements, starting with Okuyama-san, so I thought I had no choice but to jump on the recommendation bandwagon and cast my vote. I met her at the cram school, and I was happy to see that she's still the same Tanaka-chan I was back then, with her hard-working attitude that I could see from then, and that she's still being well-regarded by everyone.

Also, the online drinking party you held the other day was a lot of fun.

congratulations.

About two months ago, I had the opportunity to work with Takashima-san from our unit.

This was Takashima-san's first project since joining the company, and I recommended him because he was able to grow there and because Tanaka-san's direction was the only thing that allowed the project to proceed smoothly. Congratulations.

Director Yuka Tanaka

Thank you. I have never had the opportunity to be an MVP since I joined the company, so I am really surprised.

After making one big mistake, I received daily support from my senior colleague, Machiyama-san, to help me grow as a director, and I've finally been able to get to this point.

I hope to continue to grow even more in the future!

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone, including Machiyama-san, the other directors, Miyagawa-san, Okuyama-san, the coders, and the review team, as I believe this award is possible only thanks to their efforts. Thank you very much.

Message to Tanaka
Representative Hayashi

Congratulations, Yuka-chan. I haven't seen you for about a year and a half. Before COVID, when I was still able to go to Thailand, I was able to ask Miya-chan how each member was feeling.

At that time, Yuka still had the air of a newcomer, but I've been hearing recently that things have been changing.

I feel that this MVP award is about half due to Machi (Machiyama). I had heard that Machi had been meeting with Yuka one-on-one every day, and I had also heard from Machi that he wanted to "raise Yuka properly." I think it was an MVP that the two of them won together.

And it's amazing to receive comments like "I can leave it to you without having to ask about every little thing" from Okuyama-san, haha. When I work on a project with Okuyama-san, he always asks me "Is everything okay?"

I think it's really amazing that such a polite and anxious Mr. Okuyama said, "I can trust you!" I'm looking forward to having another meal together in Thailand. Congratulations.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
