Congratulations message to MVP Takanobu Inafuku, who secretly but surely has earned trust

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The February 2025 award went to programmer Inafuku.

Currently, Monosus is working on the launch team for a project called KINOKO SOCIAL CLUB. KINOKO SOCIAL CLUB is a project that uses coffee grounds, a type of organic waste that is produced in large quantities in urban areas, to grow mushrooms and consider urban food systems from mushrooms. Inafuku is also a member of the project team, and is in charge of building a system for cultivating mushrooms.

In addition to the KINOKO SOCIAL CLUB, Inafuku has earned the trust of Monosus members through various projects, and was apparently working on-site on the day of the award. Here is Inafuku's comment, surprised at the sudden award.

I'm currently working on a mushroom project with Inafuku, and he's making the cultivation equipment necessary for mushroom cultivation. He's been proposing various things, such as temperature and humidity control, and how to link it to the web. It's really interesting to see him take data from physical objects. We haven't really worked together much up until now, so I think he's really amazing in that way. I really respect him for breaking down something that makes you wonder how it's made, and designing and shaping it, so I thought it was wonderful and recommended him as MVP. Congratulations.

Unit Leader: Harazawa

Congratulations, Inafuku-san. I don't have many opportunities to introduce to everyone what kind of work I do, so I'm very happy to receive this award.
Inafuku-san is very trusted by those around him, both inside and outside the company. I've heard that he has even become an advisor for the website renewal within the company, and I often see teammates consulting Inafuku-san at the weekly team meetings.
Personally, I think that it's not just in terms of technology, but also when we talk about big policy or project budgets within the team, he quietly makes remarks that make it seem like he's keeping a close eye on everyone, and I think that's where the trust is being built. Congratulations.

Planner/Business Producer Yamauchi

We spoke to various members about the projects Inafuku has been involved in recently.
For the recently completed DIG SHIBUYA project, we created a motion logo, and for KINOKO SOCIAL CLUB, we were in charge of creating the mushroom cultivation shelves and data acquisition system. Furthermore, when the Yokohama Museum of Art reopened, we provided technical support for the archive video works that were produced over the three-year renovation period.
It may be hard for clients to see, but none of these projects would have been possible without Inafuku's skills. I felt that he was the one who put the finishing touches on and led the project to fruition. In particular, he is good at and enjoys the skill of crafting things that cross over between on-screen and off-screen.
I feel that this approach will be one of the ways Monosus will create products in the future, and that is why I have recommended you. Congratulations!

Programmer Inafuku

I had a really bad feeling about it. I never thought it would happen at this timing. I don't really like this system, so I'm not that happy about it, especially with the MVP and stuff. I guess I'll take whatever I can get.
Yes, thank you very much. I'm really busy right now. Thank you very much.

Monosus Site Team

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
