Starting this year, we will be running a relay-style article introducing our members. I will be the first to write an article, and I hope you will enjoy it.

Anyway, it's so cool!
I would like to introduce to you:
It's like something from the cover of a women's magazine.
This is Yuka Hatanaka, a cool and dashing woman.
The first time I met Mr. Hatanaka was when he was completing the employment procedures.
I think it was about four years ago in the spring.
What kind of person is he?
As I waited with that thought in mind, even though she wasn't wearing any makeup or clothes, her appearance and aura was so beautiful, I thought it was just so nice - it was wonderful!
I still remember thinking that.
It's cool even for work!
Since Mr. Hatanaka was in a permanent department, we hardly saw each other after that, and when we did meet, we would just say hello.
That was two years ago.
I was asked by Hatanaka-san to help out with an event that he was working on, and this was the first time we worked together.
I knew that they had been very busy for several months in preparation, and that it would be difficult right up until the day of the event.
Even though there was a lot to do, he was kind and considerate to me as I helped out in a completely unknown world, and I realized that he is a person with a broad perspective who can notice many things. Thanks to him, I was able to help out with peace of mind.
Hatanaka's role at the event was to film everything related to the interview videos.
Welcoming the customer, making them feel at ease with a little story, meeting with the interviewer, and checking in advance what I want to find out. If I feel like it's not going well, I relentlessly ask, "One more time!"
I watched him all the time, and he was trusted and relied on by the cameraman, lighting, makeup artist, director, and interviewer, and he handled the scene with style. Even though there were many corrections, Hatanaka's smile made the atmosphere friendly. Finally, after seeing off the customer, we took a break until the next customer arrived.
Wow, so cool!
Although they must have been tired, they showed no signs of it at all, and during the break they were busy preparing for the next interview in earnest and chatting with the staff with smiles on their faces.
What we talked about then was kind of cool.
For some reason, injured birds would often appear in front of Hatanaka, and each time he would nurse them back to health.
A cool woman and a bird? That's cool too!
I found out later that at that time, I was pregnant with a baby!
After all that hard work, being pregnant and all, it must have been even harder than usual, but she just carried on like that without even noticing...
It's so cool!
Returning from maternity leave. Welcome back!

After that, I took maternity leave and child care leave, and returned to work a year and a half later in November of last year.
It's a tough department that requires quick thinking and speedy response, but Hatanaka is a clever man, so I'm sure he'll be making a full recovery soon.
Maybe it's already happening.
The person who truly heals Hatanaka is his beloved son.
"Children are unbelievably cute. I was surprised to find myself capable of feeling such affection for them. I talk to my son every day in a sweet voice that I wouldn't let anyone else hear (laughs)."
It seems she is completely smitten.
I'd love to see Hatanaka like that!
It's cool that you can play sports too!
Hatanaka is tall and slender, and has a great figure.
Apparently he played basketball when he was a student.

He participated in club activities from his first year of junior high school until his first year of university, and then he played as a hobby on a local team from his second year of university until he was around 27 or 28 years old.
He was captain in junior high school, and even made it to the top 16 in Tokyo in high school, so he's a real hardcore player.
We asked him about some episodes from his high school days.
- I had a lifestyle that was hard to believe for a high school girl. I barely had any days off, and my trainer made me drink protein shakes before practice.
- I remember being told to gain 10kg when I participated in training before entering high school, and being forced to eat lots of protein such as squid, tuna, and natto in the morning during the training camp. (I also have fond memories of being told to lose weight after gaining too much weight.)
Monosus also has a sports club and many basketball fans, so we always play 3-on-3 on activity days. Hatanaka-san is definitely in the starting lineup from now on! Haha, Hatanaka-san, let's all play basketball together when things have settled down!
It seems that Hatanaka's charm lies in many other areas as well.

▶ A glimpse of culture and people's lives through architecture and streetscapes
▶ To know, to feel, to communicate.
We visited a lemon farm on Ikuchijima Island in the Seto Inland Sea.
I'd love to get to know a different side of Mr. Hatanaka while working up a sweat playing sports and drinking with him.
In short, Hatanaka Yuka is a cool woman who is popular with both men and women, in other words, everyone!
