Congratulations to the MVP! Makoto Kobayashi, who made progress through repeated improvements and challenges despite his worries

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The August 2024 award went to Kobayashi, who works as a director.

In addition to our web and food businesses, Monosus has a team that is stationed at clients' sites to provide marketing support and work together on projects. This time, we will introduce comments from Kobayashi, who was in charge of supporting a client's mega-event and overcame irregular circumstances to see it through.

Unit Leader/Director

Last month, a massive event was held, hosted by a client that our team manages, and everyone in our team, as well as people outside the team, came together to work hard for the event. Among the events, there were many instances in which we could sense Mako-chan's outstanding performance, so we wanted everyone to know about her and recommended her.
"Client-sponsored mega-events" are very important and strategic events held every year, and as their scale grows every year, Mako-chan has been working closely with the client's staff to support the session area within the event for the past few years.
Due to unavoidable circumstances, the client's employee was unable to attend on the first day of the event, which caused some confusion, but Mako-chan took over in his absence and led the site, and we were able to complete the first day without any major issues or problems. Of course, Mako-chan didn't get through it alone, the other members of the session team also got through it together, but Mako-chan has spent years building the team by training them and handing over the work to them, so I think that this, along with the rest of the team, was a testament to the results of all the hard work we've put in.
Above all, I felt that it was truly amazing that I had been able to build such a relationship of trust with the client's staff that they felt that the on-site situation would somehow run smoothly even if I was absent on the all-important first day of such a big event.
congratulations.

Representative Manabe

Congratulations. I think it was about 8 years ago that Makoto started working as a freelancer. At first, he said something like, "I definitely don't want to become an employee of Monosus." I still remember him discussing with Kami-chan (Kamimura) and Makoto-kun (Yamauchi) how to woo him.
In the past, he was just a director of web production. Since then, he has been working with his wife and friends, and he is as careful as ever, or maybe even meticulous (laughs). When I hear stories from around him, I can tell that he is really committed to producing results for projects. I think he has more initiative and a greater sense of responsibility than most people. That's what makes him a professional.
Even when we went to America together to see a major event for a client, he was a much more professional person than me, and had a different perspective. He had been watching the site for a long time, and it was really clear to see that Mako-chan and the rest of the team were committed to bringing that experience back to Japan and producing results. Congratulations.

Director Kobayashi

I have been in charge of the work for which you have been evaluated for several years now, and having previously discussed with the client the sharing of knowledge within the team (for this event) and strengthening the structure, since last year we have seriously undertaken the challenge of creating a new team structure.
Naturally, there were many things that did not go well up until now, but this year, although I have been struggling, I have been able to improve in some areas and I feel that I am gradually taking shape. I am very happy to be named MVP because I think that my challenges and achievements were recognized. Thank you very much.
I also think that it's thanks to all the members of my unit that I was able to complete this job again. I tend to get negative easily, but thanks to everyone's support, I'm always ready to do my best. I'm so grateful! Thank you so much!

Monosus Site Team

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
