Congratulations to MVP Ryo Takashima for leading the new event "Technical Training Camp" to success and completing it with care.

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The December 2022 award went to coder Takashima.

Here are some comments from Takashima, who planned the in-house training "Technical Camp" with great enthusiasm and saw it through to the very end, with many participants saying "I'm glad I participated" and "It was fun."

Although issues arose later, such as how to use the budget, I think it was truly amazing that they were able to plan and successfully host a new event like a technology training camp!
We started by drawing up a budget, then we presented it to Manabe-san and secured the budget. There was so much to decide on, from advance preparations to travel, accommodation, and the details of the training camp... I think it must have been really difficult.
The event was held without any problems, and when I spoke to someone who had participated, their face lit up when they told me about it, so I thought it must have been a really fulfilling training camp.
When I heard the details about the training camp, I got the feeling that something new would emerge, so I recommended it with high hopes for the future.
I wanted to recommend everyone, but I ended up recommending Takashima-san, who raised her hand as the representative, because I think this was possible thanks to the efforts of Baba-chan, Yano-chan, and Harazawa-san, who worked with me in the secretariat. Congratulations!

Regarding the technical training camp, Takashima-kun first asked me in a private chat if it was okay for him to work on the planning together with Baba-san and Yano-san, and I was like, "Yes, please."
Watching from the outside, I saw the three of them agonizing over and planning not only the budget, but also the onboarding of the participants in the technical camp and what to do on the day, and I thought it was amazing that they put so much thought into it.
On the day of the technical training camp, I was watching the three of them as a participant and was impressed that they were having fun and entertaining the others.
We had talked about doing a second and third one from the start,
I really wanted to create this kind of company culture, or rather, event, so I recommended you. Congratulations.

I think Takashima-kun's initial passion was very important.
As expected, the training budget is set aside for the entire company, but it's not actually used very often. But when they came to get the budget, they asked, "How much do we have?" and the conversation started with, "How much do we have?" and "It's not how much do we have," and "We have to add it up." It started with the young people at the center, and I thought it was really important that they do it because they want to do it.
Also, I think it's good to have a culture where you just apologize after following the basic principle of "don't ask for permission, ask for forgiveness." I received a lot of criticism from everyone at headquarters, and I thought it was great to see them carefully deal with the aftermath until the very end, even though there were things we couldn't do, and I was glad to see it.
I think you've done a great job. I hope you'll continue to do your best, including reporting to us. Congratulations.

Comments about Takashima
Representative Hayashi

congratulations.
For Monosus, we have been the ones who came up with the idea for events for a long time.
Recently, Okubo-san has been organizing sports days, and Kinoshita-san and Kakunami-kun have been focusing on study sessions, so I feel like the culture that has been slowly emerging is finally starting to blossom.
I think Takashima-kun took that idea into account, and that's how it turned out like this.
So I really feel like there's a lot of history there, and a lot of different stories.
It was actually really nice to see how supportive everyone around me was, and it really touched my heart.
This time, I didn't talk to Takashima-kun about this at all, but I heard a lot about it from people around me. Most of them seemed worried, lol, but they were like "It would be better if you did it this way" or "Maybe it would work better this way", and no one was trying to get in the way, no one was opposed, and everyone was just thinking about how to make it work, how to make it better.
But it's true, being an organizer is tough. I think it's amazing that you were able to pull it off, and I think you were able to do it because you had your friends.
I would like people to be careful about how they spend their money, but my message to them is, "Just go ahead and spend it."
I hope that this trend will spread not only to Takashima-kun, but to other members as well. Congratulations.

thank you.
To be honest, I didn't think I'd get it this month, but maybe next month (laughs).
Since we also had our anniversary sports day this month, I thought it would be held first, but I was surprised to find out it was this month!
First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Baba, Mr. Yano, and Mr. Harazawa who worked with me on the project. Thank you so much.
Since this was a project that started from scratch, we started off with absolutely no idea where to begin, but by reaching out to various members and receiving support each time, I think we were able to make this training camp a success.
At the end of the camp, we all said a few words and I was the last to say it, but while I was speaking I got so emotional that I almost cried (laughs). I was just so glad that the technical camp could be held without any problems.
I was just happy to hear participants say things like, "I'm glad I participated! It was fun!"
We will continue to work hard towards the second event!
thank you very much!

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
