How are you all doing? This is Miyagawa, manager of Monosus Thailand (Monotai).
This month we would like to introduce all 18 members of Monotai all at once.
We are often asked, "What kind of people work in Thailand?" We have Japanese directors, Thai coders, interpreters, and administrative staff (general affairs, labor, secretarial, etc.). This is the first time we've introduced these members, so please enjoy their unique self-introductions.
Teppei Kawamura Leader/Director
On his days off, his hobby is collecting Thai records and playing them in cafes.
I've been living in Thailand for about five years now.
Thai people call him by the nickname "Pe".
I am amazed that we have managed to create an environment where I can work together with Thai people through the language called HTML.
I feel like I am becoming a little more Thai, but this is just the starting line!
As for my personal life, I have been in Thailand for five years now, so I have decided to take a step back from my previous mindset of being a "guest" and to think more about Thai history and politics from a more free and easy perspective. I hope to make some new discoveries.

Hello, my name is Machiyama and I have been living in Thailand for about 10 months.
I like using small hints and clues to land in unexpected places.
I love stories about solving crimes, science fiction, space, the supernatural, and mysterious stories. But I'm basically an omnivore, and I'm greedy to know everything. And I'm a contrarian. I love being reminded that there are so many things in the world that I don't know.
Recently, I've been enjoying going for walks on weekends, relying on information I get from Thai free papers.
I'm looking forward to seeing how many things I will encounter before I die.
Taking advantage of the current environment where I can live and work in Thailand, I would like to experience more of the world. This year, my goal is to quietly launch my own website.

Hello, I'm Rui Takizuka. People often say that the name Rui doesn't sound Japanese. It means something like "humankind" or "birds of a feather flock together."
I like to be lost in thought, draw pictures, play with animals, go far away, splash around in water, look at the sky, and write novels. I want to see and learn as much as possible about places I've never been to or seen before. I like strange things and the universe, and sometimes I think I'd like to see a UFO. I have a strong sense of curiosity, but I get bored easily, and I like everything, whether it's outdoors or indoors, whether it's bright or dark. I think I'm a person who is true to my desires. This year, my goal is to study various fields, awaken my brain, and train my body.
สวัสดีครับ ทาคิซาวะ รุยครับ มีคนพูดบ่อยๆ ว่าชื่อไม่เหมือนคนญี่ปุ่นเลย ชื่อรุยหมายถึง "มนุษยชาติ", "คนที่มีความคล้ายกันมักจะอยู่ด้วยกัน" ครับ เป็นคนชอบคิดโน่นคิดนี่、 เล่นกับสัตว์, ไปเที่ยวที่ต่างๆ, ว่ายน้ำ, ชมท้องฟ้า แล้วก็อ่านนิยายครับ อยากจะไปที่ที่ไม่เคยไป, ดูสิ่งที่ไม่เคยดู แล้วก็ชอบเรื่องน่าอัศจร รย์ใจกับเรื่องอวกาศครับ UFO แล้วก็เป็นคนที่ขี้สงสัย แต่ก็ขี้เบื่อครับ indoor และ outdoor ชอบทั้งสว่างและมืด แล้วก็เป็นคนที่ซื่อสัตย์ก ับความต้องการของตัวเองครับ ปีนี้อยากจะเรียนอะไรหลายๆ อย่าง เป็นการกระตุ้นสมองและฝึกฝนตัวเองครับ
Director Mayuko Akamine
I lived in Kamiyama for half a year until December last year as a member of the second class of the Kamiyama Monosasu Juku, and came to Monosasu Thailand in January this year.
The nickname given to me by the Thai staff is "Mum-san" (apparently it comes from "Madam").
I've loved backpacking in Southeast Asia since I was a student, but this is my first time in Thailand. I'm interested in languages, and I'm looking forward to taking Thai classes!
Coding direction is a new position for me, but I hope to make the most of my experience connecting people. I will learn from the staff who work with a smile every day and find my own way of working in Thailand.

Fon (Fon) Interpreter
I'm Fon, an interpreter. Fon means "rain" and was born during the rainy season when it rained for three consecutive days.
Since I was a child, I have been interested in languages and different cultures, and I was especially familiar with and greatly influenced by Japanese subculture, so I started studying Japanese. Even now, I study every day.
My hobbies are music, watching movies, reading, playing games, cooking, etc. I have a strong curiosity and want to know everything, so I also like reading trivia. I look forward to the opportunity to use trivia in my work and personal life.
I've heard that in order to have a balanced life, you should have three hobbies that you enjoy for financial reasons, to stay healthy and sane, and to be creative. I want to keep these three hobbies for the rest of my life, so I want to try new things.

Waan (Waan) Interpreter / admin
My name is Waan and I work in the admin department. Waan means "sweet". My parents gave me this nickname because they wanted me to be a "modest woman". Men often ask me, "Is it really sweet?" I'm not sweet, but I think I'm spicy and sour like Tom Yum Goong! (laughs)
I also have another nickname at work. My colleagues call me "Erotic Teacher" because I like dirty jokes.
My hobby is traveling alone because I can go wherever I want and I don't have to worry about anyone.
My goal this year is to pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 (N1). I hope to continue working with you all in the future! I'm just like this, but I hope you'll support me!

Hello, I'm Noo, or you can call me Nina. I work at Monotai as an admin.
I feel really lucky to be able to work here. My boss is kind and I can try new things. My colleagues are really nice and like family.
I am a cheerful person. My friends say I have a lovely smile. I am strong-willed and work hard. I like to study about my work, and I am also interested in international news, art, and culture. I also like drawing, cooking, and taking care of pets (I have two cats).
My goal this year is to work hard to improve my company's employee benefits system. I also want to work hard at a part-time job outside of my current job. I don't want money, I just want to try new things. During the New Year holidays, I studied art and worked part-time at a hotel. It was a lot of fun. There are many things I need to study.
