Nice to meet you. I'm Mong, a coder at Monosas Thailand. I was given the opportunity to post on the Monosas site. This is my first time writing, so I'm very excited. This time, I'm writing about someone important to everyone at Monosas Thailand. I'll do my best to write about it.
He gave me a chance. I feel that he cares about me. He is the best boss for me. His name is Takuya Miyagawa. In Thai, a boss is called “เจ้านาย (Chao Nai)”.
ในที่สุดผมก็ได้รับโอกาสให้เข ียนบทความลงเว็บไซต์ของบริษัท ผมตื่นเต้นมาก เพราะนี่เป็นครั้งแรกในช ีวิตที่ได้ทำอะไรทำนองนี้ อีกทั้งเรื่องราวที่จะเขียน ต่อไปนี้นั้นเป็นเรื่องราวข องชายคนหนึ่งซึ่งเป็นคนที่ส ำคัญของผมและทุกๆคนในบริษัท Monosus Thailand มาก ผมจึงอยากที่จะเขียนออกมาให้ดีที่สุด เพราะเค้าคือคนที่ให้โอกาสผม เฝ้าดูผม และให้ความสำคัญกับผมมากจนผมรู้สึกได้ Takuya Miyakawa หรือที่ผมชอบเรียกเป็นภาษาไทยบ่อยๆว่า “เจ้านาย”
First encounter
I first met Mr. Miyagawa during a job interview in March 2015. Of course, I was the one being interviewed.
I still remember how nervous I was at the time. Mr. Miyagawa was really scary. (Sorry, I was really scared.) He was a stern and strict person. It may just be my imagination, but it felt like he was trying to read my mind. I was so scared that I couldn't look him in the eye. That's actually how I felt during the interview.

I later realized that the feelings I had when I first interviewed with Mr. Miyagawa shortly after joining the company were due to the tension I felt at the time and my own anxiety.
Mr. Miyagawa is a very kind and patient person.
He always prepares a surprise cake for the staff's birthdays. I was really touched when I saw this side of him, who cares about each and every staff member.

Miyagawa-san is a fun and humorous person. When I went to Koh Larn, I was able to see a funny side of him that I don't see at work.

I believe that Mr. Miyagawa's position is that of the leader of Monosus Thailand.
Although a boss can exercise his power by issuing orders and instructions to his subordinates, Mr. Miyagawa is conscious of asking and guiding rather than forcing them on others. To me, Mr. Miyagawa is not a boss, but a leader.
When I joined the company, there were only seven staff members, so Miyagawa-san often had the opportunity to work with me on projects as a director. At that time, I was inexperienced and often made mistakes in coding. Even at those times, Miyagawa-san would not scold me, but would carefully explain where I had made a mistake. Seeing Miyagawa-san trying to help coders grow made me want to work harder to grow as well.
One day, after learning and growing at Monosus Thailand, I decided to quit my job in order to try something new. On the day I told him I was quitting, Mr. Miyagawa had a sad look on his face. I felt guilty, but it was a decision that would allow me to take a new step.

เนื่องจากที่ออฟฟิศเก่านั้น มีพนักงานแค่ 7 Miyakawa-san ก็จะเป็นคน directing ซึ่งก็เป็นผมบ่อยๆ ที่ได้ทำงานนั้น แน่นอนว่าช่วงนั้นผมยังเป็นมือใหม่ Coding coding ค่อนข้างจะเยอะ Miyakawa-san Miyakawa-san จะแนะนำวิธีหรือคำตอบที่ถูกให้ผม ทำให้ผมไม่เคยเสียความรู้สึกและมีกำ ลังใจที่จะพัฒนาให้ตัวเองเก่งขึ้นอีก
แต่แล้วก็ถึงวันที่ต้องจากลา เมื่อผมคิดว่าตัวเองเก่งแล้ว เลยอยากจะออกไปหาความท้าทายใหม่ๆ ทำสิ่งใหม่ๆ ผมจึงตัดสินใจลาออก วันนั้นผมได้เห็นใบหน้าที่เศร้า เครียด Miyakawa-san ผมรู้สึกผิดมาก แต่ผมก็ไป
The day we can work together again
After I left Monosus, I worked at another web production company, but I suddenly wanted to return to the company, so I decided to consult with Mr. Miyagawa. Even though I had caused him a lot of trouble by quitting my job, Mr. Miyagawa gave me another chance to work at Monosus. I was so happy and grateful. At that time, I wanted to work harder and improve myself. To prove to Mr. Miyagawa that he was right in accepting me again.
Miyakawa-san ลำบากมากๆเพราะผมลาออกไปแบบกระทันหัน แต่เมื่อผมต้องการจะกลับมา Miyakawa-san (ถ้าเป็นคนอื่นคงโกรธและ คงไม่อยากเห็นหน้าผมแล้ว ฮ่าๆๆ) ตอนนั้นผมดีใจและตื้นตันใจมาก ด้วยเรื่องแค่นี้แหละ ก็ทำให้ผมมีแรงผลักดันอัพเก รดตัวเองให้เก่งขึ้นอีกแล้ว Miyakawa-san ตัดสินใจไม่ผิดหรอกที่รับผมกลับเข้ามา
We often see Miyagawa-san tired, but we have never seen him get angry at the staff. (Actually, he may be suppressing his anger. lol) When the staff makes a mistake, Miyagawa-san always gives advice. And when they succeed, he always praises them. That's the kind of person he is.

I think Miyagawa-san is a cool guy. I want to be as tall as Miyagawa-san. The way he works so diligently is really cool. I respect him and look up to him. But sometimes he seems to be exhausted (laughs). I tell the staff to "take care of yourself," but Miyagawa-san tends to get sick (laughs).
สำหรับผม Miyakawa-san จัดได้ว่าเป็นผู้ชายที่ดูดีมากคนหนึ่ง เค้ามีส่วนสูงที่ผมอยากได้ หน้าตาที่เข้าขั้นว่าหล่อ การแต่งตัวก็ดูดี และในเวลาที่เค้าตั้งใจทำง านนั้นจะดูเท่ห์มากสำหรับผม ดูเอาจริงเอาจังและตั้งใจ ซึ่งผมก็ยึดถือเป็นแบบอย่าง แต่จะมีบ้างบางครั้งที่เค ้าดูเหมือนไม่มีเรี่ยวแรง (ฮ่าๆๆ) Miyakawa-san มักกำชับกับพนักงานเสมอว่า “ขอให้ทุกคนดูแลสุขภาพด้วย” แต่ Miyakawa-san ก็จะป่วยเองทุกครั้ง (ฮ่าๆๆ)

Although it can be difficult for people who do not share the same native language to understand each other, even when speaking through an interpreter, I can feel Miyagawa's desire to help Monosus Thailand grow. As someone who shares the same desire, I would like to support Miyagawa.
Finally, there is something I would like to say to Mr. Miyagawa. It is something very important. I will say it here.
"Please take care of yourself"
