This article is about introducing Ton, the leader of our coders, but first I would like to share with you some important words and thoughts that I hold dear when introducing Ton. A shining light in the dark
Of course, being in the dark is no fun. It's terrifying to be lost in a dark cave and not know when you'll be able to get out. If you are in the dark right now, I hope that there is a "light" where you are and that light is shining. This time, I would like to introduce Pongtana Denprasert. Everyone calls him "Pee Thong" with affection and respect. (*"Pee" is a title used to call an elder person in Thai. It means "Mr. Thong.") Mr. Tong is the coding team leader at Monosus Thailand.
He is a good senior and is well-liked by all the coders. He is married and has a wife named Lin. His personality can be easily imagined by imagining the LINE character Brown. He is quiet, calm, and shy. But don't forget that Brown is a bear. When he is angry or in a bad mood, he can be scary and dignified. But he is also a caring and polite character.

Brown is Tong's favorite character.

What is Ton's light?
Speaking as a colleague, Tong is good at web development, has a sense of responsibility, and is passionate about his work. This is what I felt about Tong during the nearly three years I worked with him. However, it is not just because he is good at his job and has a cute personality that he is such a light person.
He has been supporting the staff around him for about four years while working at Monosus Thailand. That's why I liken him to light. When I had a problem at work and needed someone to help me, Mr. Ton was always there to support me. I don't ask Mr. Ton for help because I can't find the answer on Google, but whenever I'm in trouble, "Mr. Ton" is the first person that comes to mind. He is like a light, and light doesn't shine in only certain places, it shines in all darkness.

Ton-san also does his best to support others. It is certain that this boosts the power of all coders. He is a good leader, humble and kind, and also motivates those around him to move forward. The light that wells up from within Ton-san shines brightly and never goes out. For everyone in the company, he is an important source of energy to overcome the darkness. The light that leads to solving any problem while enjoying learning new things is a precious thing that cannot be found anywhere in the world.

Let's shine a light on each other like Ton-san
I think everyone wants to be a light that shines in the darkness. How can we become such a light? Why do we need to become a light? It is not something we should ask.
And you don't necessarily need an answer. Because you are already light. You all already have light within you. It should have been in your heart since you were born on this planet. The important thing is, "How can we make that light shine?"
Mr. Tong is a light that illuminates and guides Monosas Thailand and shines even in his home. True light shines wherever you are and never goes out. And that light cannot be hidden. You must not hide your light either.
"No one lights a lamp and puts it under a bushel, but on a stand, and it gives light to everything in the house" ( Matthew 5:15 ).
We spend most of our working time together, so let's shine a light on each other.

ผมเชื่อว่าทุกคนมีความปรารถนาลึกๆ อย่างแรงกล้าอยู่ในใจของคุณทุกๆคน ที่จะเป็นดังแสงสว่างส ่องไปท่ามกลางความมืดมน แล้วเราจะเป็นแสงนั้นได้อย่างไร? หรือทำไมเราต้องเป็นดังแสงสว่าง? นั่นไม่ควรเป็นคำถาม หรือนั้นไม่ใช่คำถามที่ต้อง การคำตอบว่าทำไมเราต้องเป็น เพราะว่าคุณทุกคนเป็นอยู่แล้ว คุณทุกคนมีสิ่งนั้นอยู่ในตัวคุณอยู่แล้ว แรงปราถนามันถูกบรรจุไว้ในหัวใจคุณเรีย บร้อยแล้วตั้งแต่คุณถือกำเนิดมาบนโลกนี้ จึงไม่จำเป็นที่ต้องตอบคำ ถามนั้นเลยว่าทำไมต้องเป็น แต่อาจเป็นประโยคที่คอยช่วยย้ำ เตือนว่าคุณเองเป็นดังแสงสว่าง และสิ่งที่ควรจะเป็นคำถามสำ หรับเราทุกคนรวมทั้งตัวผมเอง คือ เราส่องสว่างอย่างไร ?
พี่ต้องเป็นอีกหนึ่งบุ ุคคลที่เป็นดังแสงสว่าง และผมเชื่อว่าคุณทุกคนก็เป็นแสงในที่ทำง , ผมเชื่อว่าคุณทุกคนเป็นดัง แสงที่บ้านของตัวคุณเองด้วย แสงที่แท้จริงที่พร้อมจะส่อง สว่างให้กับทุกๆคนในครอบครัว หรือทุก ๆ ที่ที่คุณไป หรือทุกๆ ที่ที่มีคุณอยู่ และคุณจะส่องสว่างได้อย่างไม่มีวันหมดแสง และแสงสว่างจะซ่อนไว้ไม่ได้ เหมือนกับเมื่อจุดตะเกียง ก็ไม่มีใครเอาไปไว้ใต้ถัง แต่จะเอาไปตั้งไว้บนเชิงตะเกียง เพื่อจะได้ส่องสว่างให ้กับทุกคนที่อยู่ในบ้าน ( มัทธิว ๕:๑๕ )
