Congratulations message to MVP
kintone hive takes to the stage! Taiga Sunami successfully delivers a presentation on the big stage

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In July 2023, the award went to front-end engineer Sunami.

Currently seconded to the Kamiyama Town Hall as a local revitalization entrepreneur, Sunami presented the initiatives of Kamiyama Town at the " kinton hive " event held in Uchiko Town, Ehime Prefecture in June. Despite the nervousness of being on a big stage, he took on new challenges and spoke in his own words, making his presentation a huge success. Here are some comments from Sunami.

Thank you for your hard work, kintone hive. Congratulations on becoming an MVP. I thought it was just a passing point, and I was unsure whether to recommend you for the MVP, but other people voted for you. Since I was there at the event, I'll comment on your behalf.
When I was participating in Kintone Hive, I thought it would be difficult to decide which Sunami I should speak as. Should I speak as a Kamiyama Town Hall employee or as a Monosus engineer? I think it was difficult to decide what to say while also being mindful of how I would look and the regulations.
The content of the presentation was mainly created by Kakunami, and then reviewed by members of the DX team.
While I was reviewing it with Kinoshita, Motohashi, and Hayashi, I also had Yamauchi review it once, which I personally thought was pretty good. As we received reviews many times, the contents gradually came together and we arrived at the day.
The journey to the day was fun, or rather, I had only been able to read the script until the day before (laughs). I knew that Kakunami-san would be able to see it through to the end, but I was quite worried about whether he would be able to do it with such a monotone reading.
It was clear to everyone that he was very nervous on the day, but he still managed to speak clearly in his own words, and I think the presentation itself was a great success.
Also, even before I went on stage, I was being asked about work. When I exchanged business cards with the speakers, I was asked if I was a front-end engineer who knew about kintone, and I was approached with a proposal that could turn into a project.
Even though he hasn't done anything yet, I think he has something that attracts people (laughs).
Thank you for your hard work, Kakunami-san!

It was truly a year of repeated challenges. I think kintone hive was an opportunity to output the results. I was impressed by how confident both the content and the attitude were. I think there were many things that surprised even you that you could do, but I hope you will continue to take on new challenges and show off to those around you. Congratulations!

I imagine you must have been very nervous presenting on that big stage. But thanks to all the practice, your presentation was as wonderful as I expected. We will be holding another kintone Café in Tokushima, so please give a presentation there as well. Congratulations.

Representative Hayashi

I am overwhelmed with emotion.
I think there were a lot of things that went into getting here.
The town hall project that I started with Mr. Motohashi was already in the works five or six years ago.
For the past five years or so, Kinoshita has always been close to Kakunami-kun.
Then, Kakunami decided to go to the town hall, and the construction was complete.
Starting this year, we formed something like a virtual team with Kinoshita-san, Motohashi-san, and Harada-kun, and I feel that it was Harada-kun's final push, or rather, his powerful momentum, that bore fruit.
I was really worried about Kintone Hive. I was actually fixing the slides right up until the morning of the event.
That happened, but I also watched the video of the presentation, and there was also a video of people from Cybozu looking back on the event, so I watched that too.
I think it was a good presentation.
It was probably his first time to give a presentation in front of such a large audience, and during the meeting while we were preparing, he muttered to himself, "I didn't know presentations were this hard" (laughs).
The response has been really huge, so I think all the hard work was worth it, and I don't think it's often the case that you get rewarded to this extent, so I hope you continue to do your best.
Motohashi was so supportive that I was amazed at how much he praised someone, and I think it felt like we were teammates.
I had always hoped that the two of them would work together as a team, so I am personally very happy with the outcome. Congratulations.

I didn't think I would get the MVP this month, so I didn't think about it, but what I remember most about participating in kintone hive this time was that on the day, about an hour before the presentation, I was sitting on a bench in the park with Kinoshita-san. I was talking about only one part of it, and we were correcting that part.
At that moment, Motohashi and Harada came over, and Harada slapped me on the shoulder and said, "Do your best," which gave me so much courage that I felt I could look forward to the actual launch of kintone hive.
For the past year or so, I've mostly worked alone, but in the past few months, I've been able to feel like I'm working as a team towards kintone hive, and many people have been supporting me while I was creating the presentation. It was tough, but in the end, it was a lot of fun. Thank you very much!

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
