Congratulations message to MVP: Live where you want to live. Trust is what supports that. Haruka Baba

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The November 2024 award went to Haruka Baba, who mainly works as a web director and coder on client teams.

Baba reconsidered where he would be working and decided to move to Kyoto, where he was centrally involved in setting up the Kyoto office. He began creating the operating rules for the Kyoto office and searching for a property. Now he is in the process of creating the shape of the office.
We will also introduce comments about Baba, who has brought about changes in his clients' customs so that they can continue to work with him "unchanged" even after moving, based on a high level of trust.

*The titles of each member are those at the time of receiving the award.

Business Owner/Unit Leader Ito

congratulations.
The reason I recommended him is that Mr. Baba is currently on secondment to Monex Securities, where he works daily as a member of the Monex Securities team supporting the operation of updating information on the company's website, maintaining close communication with the team.
He has a high level of trust within the team. The directors all say they want Baba to do this job, and there's even a poaching war within the team, with the quality of his work being so high and his level of trust being so high, as the people in charge on the other side have said.
Furthermore, Mr. Baba has decided to move to Kyoto this month, which is also his own wish. Securities companies have strict measures to prevent the risk of information leaking, so it is a corporate structure in which it is very difficult to take internal work outside. When Mr. Baba expressed his desire to move to Kyoto, he gained such trust that people said, "Mr. Baba, please do our work even in Kyoto." I think it is very amazing that he has gained such trust as an individual, overturning the company's previous practice of not being able to take work outside.
I would like to recommend Mr. Baba for his amazing ability to continue to maintain relationships even in different formats after working there for many years and gaining trust.

You may be wondering why I'm recommending you, but after hearing about your recommendation from Mr. Ito, I definitely wanted to recommend you too. At MONOSUS Shokuken, in the employee cafeteria, relationships with clients are very important, just like in our permanent projects. But it's not as easy as it sounds, and gaining trust is not as easy as it sounds. I used to manage a bank's employee cafeteria, and I knew how strict security was, so I thought that overturning common sense in that area meant that they really trusted me. I heard that, and I made this comment. Congratulations.

Congratulations, Baba-chan.
This is amazing.
I think it was in January of this year that Baba-chan told me about moving to Kyoto. He was proactively moving things forward with those plans. He's the person in charge after all. He raised his hand to take on leadership roles. He worked with the other members to set up rules for setting up the Kyoto office, and there were a lot of projects, and Ito-san's praise was amazing. He's actually gained the trust of clients who require strictness, and while he's gained that trust, he's becoming more and more free, although that might be a bit off. I think it's amazing how he's gained that trust.
I think it's great that he's taking the lead, including the new system starting next year, and I think the members have a strong desire to work with Baba-chan on that as well. As a company, we want to do whatever we can to support him.
First of all, congratulations.

Coder Baba

thank you.
I've been working at Monex for almost as long as I have at Monosus. I feel like I've built a really good relationship with them, and it's easy to talk to them and ask questions, just like with the Monosus employees. I think that's also thanks to the kindness and consideration that everyone involved with Monex gives me. I'm always so grateful. Also, Ito-san's presence is a great source of emotional support for me, and I feel reassured that he is watching over me from behind the scenes, which always helps me.
Also, starting this year, the Kyoto office launch project has begun, and I have had more time to talk with the project members, who are all really kind. They are wonderful people, so I am really looking forward to working with them from now on. Around March next year, I would like to properly launch an office where everyone can do satellite work, so I hope to be able to give you an official report on this again.
Thank you very much.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
