Congratulations message for MVP Haruka Baba, who has become a strong and reliable presence both at her place of residence and in her unit

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The June 2022 award went to coder Baba.

Here are some comments about Baba, who works hard at both what is in front of him and what he strives for in the future, becoming a reliable and trustworthy presence both at his permanent base and in projects with the unit.

Congratulations to the MVP!
There are two reasons why I recommend it.
The first thing is that when I first greeted a client who Baba-chan has been with for a long time, Baba-chan's speech ended really quickly lol.
Perhaps because his level of indispensability was so high, I was impressed by the strong request to "keep Baba for as long as possible."
Secondly, since this year, he has been constantly helping out on other members' projects. I think it's quite difficult to keep up with the context when joining a project halfway through, but he researches thoroughly and completes tasks at a good pace. I'm always impressed and relieved by his high basic potential as a developer.
It's a really strong unit.
We look forward to your continued support!

Congratulations to the MVP.
When I talked to the client about Baba-chan, they said, "I want to give Baba-chan a job that matches her high skills," and "a job that will help her improve her skills." I was touched by the client's generosity and Baba-chan's hard work, as they were thinking about Baba-chan as if he were one of their own employees.
Not only his skills, but also his humanity? Or rather his character? I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful relationship we have built that is not based on self-interest or anything, and so I have recommended him as MVP.
Starting this year, I have more direct subordinates and I have more opportunities to teach them, but when I see and hear about them going beyond their previous scope, I feel really confident and reassured.
This time it was the MVP for business purposes, but I'm also looking forward to Porta, the exploration project.
Once again, congratulations to the MVP.

Congratulations Babo.
Recently, I've been happy to become closer to Babo-chan through his life advice.
When it comes to Babo-chan, her activities with Porta tend to stand out, but what made me happy when listening to the recommendation comments this time was seeing her commitment to the projects at her current location, such as projects for her resident club and her unit's projects.
Some people who want to start something new may think that the project or situation in front of them is not one they can work hard at, or they may be prone to become negative, thinking that they cannot find the time to do something new.
But I think it's really amazing how Babo is able to work hard both at what's in front of him and at working hard for his future.
I once again felt that because Babo-chan is someone who can work hard on the things in front of her, we can think about the future together without hesitation.
I look forward to working with you on new projects in the future.

Thank you so much. I was really surprised.
This time, so many people congratulated me and I realized how happy it is to be celebrated.
Even though my on-site work is not very visible, I was able to receive the MVP this time thanks to the members I work with at the site and everyone who always cares for me and watches over me. I am very grateful to be able to work on-site in such a wonderful environment. I have been seconded to my current site for a year and a half, and I feel very happy that I have finally been able to repay Mr. Ito, who has been supporting me all this time.
There are several conditions for in-house help work, such as making on-site work the top priority and not being able to work on certain days or at certain times, but the director does a good job of adjusting things and we are somehow able to handle it. Even in such a situation, I am really happy when I hear people say that they were grateful that I had them come in, and I feel that there is a lot I can learn that I can use in on-site work, and that it is definitely leading to an improvement in my skills.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we will continue to work hard, so we appreciate your continued support.

Monosus Site Team

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
