I haven't actually spoken to him much, but I'd like to recommend him this time.
Recently, the website of Nippon Concrete Industries, a BtoB project, was successfully launched. Yamada-san was in charge of direction and design, and I felt that his approach was excellent, so I would like to recommend him.
Since he is in Suo-Oshima, I don't know the details of the situation there, but watching the Chatwork group, I felt he was very reliable. He was surrounded by his seniors on all sides, including manager Nagai-san above him, director Tanaka-san beside him, and coders Kanno and Yamamoto-san below him, and he managed everyone well.

I've always wanted to recommend someone. I'd heard good things about them from people around me, so I really wanted them to win the MVP award, and when someone recommended someone, I thought I'd definitely get it if I jumped on the bandwagon! My reason for recommending him is the same as Kanno's - it was my first time working with Yamada on a project. I think it was his first direction project, and Nagai was the project manager, while Yamada was the director, overseeing the entire project.
My only involvement was in the planning part of the project, which lasted for about a month and a half in the first half of the project, but I feel like things went smoothly under Yamada's direction.
At the beginning of the project, there were times when I was nervous and uneasy when explaining things to the client during meetings. However, in just a month and a half that I was involved, I could see that he had grown so much that I could see a change in the way he talked to clients and what he said. I recommended him with the hope that he would continue to grow rapidly. Congratulations.

I've only been able to meet him a few times because I work in Suo-Oshima, but when I go to Suo, we have had many conversations and I had interviews. I was really happy when Yamada-san joined us during our interview.
I really hope that he grows day by day and that he will be active in various areas at Monosus. However, he has been a little depressed recently, and I was worried.
I'm currently helping them create a website for my cousin's hospital, and I hope we can work on more projects together.
I watch over them every day and listen to their various stories, and I hope that, although not as an opportunity, they will be able to return to their work with enthusiasm.

With this project for Nippon Concrete Industries, a lot of things happened suddenly, and it felt like we were drowning in the work and causing a lot of trouble to everyone. There are still a few more issues that need solving, but I'm very glad that we were able to make it to the point of opening the project to the public.
There were so many things that happened, but with everyone's support, I worked hard with a strong feeling that this was the only way I could do it. You may have thought that I was a little depressed recently, but I'm starting to feel better now. I want to continue working hard and hope to continue to communicate with everyone together.
