The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The March 2024 award went to designer and director Reiko Takita.
Our "Website Operations" team, which acts as website experts to help you continually improve your site, has members who are based at your office and work as part of your in-house team.
Takita is one of them, currently working as a director, making use of his experience gained from working as a designer for many years.
Since last year, he has been on-site at our clients' companies, making him available for casual consultation, and during the actual production, he acts as a bridge between the client and Monosus's in-house staff.
Here are some comments from Takita, who received the award one year after starting his permanent residency.

congratulations!
It's already been a year since he started working as a director on a permanent basis since January last year. As a member of the client's department, Takita is in charge of tasks such as writing instructions to Monosus operation team members.
A recent major improvement is that they are now able to provide a wide range of support, including creating proposal documents for specification changes. As they have been continuously involved in projects for the long term and the range of support has expanded, we have decided to recommend them at this time when it has been confirmed that the outsourcing fee will be increased.
Of course, the scope of work has expanded, but I also think that the fact that Mr. Takita is trusted by the client company has also contributed to the smoother operation of the department.
Thinking back, I remember that you were in poor health a year ago and it must have been very tough for you. I think it was amazing that you were able to work so hard under those circumstances. Now that you're feeling better, I can laugh about it, but it was amazing that you were able to work so hard despite the difficult treatment.
Thank you for your continued support.

I don't have any involvement in providing resident support, but since we were in the same unit last year, I would ask you to do small things. Even though it was hard being a resident, you helped me out in many ways, and I'm grateful for that. It really helped me out. I look forward to working with you again in the future.
- Director and Unit Leader Kojima
Congratulations! I'm so happy!
Until the year before last, he was a designer, but since last year he has shifted to director, and I think it's great that by having the skills of both designer and director, what he can do has expanded. Also, not only has his skills expanded, but Takita-san's personality is so gentle that communication between customers and the in-house production team has become much smoother and more active, and as a result, I think we have become much closer to our customers.
I think it's amazing that you can get closer to your customers through investment projects. I can't really explain it, but I think it's a big thing that helped me win the trust of my customers, and that makes me very happy.

Congratulations. I heard that you were very active in a resident project before. I think you're good at resident projects.
This time, I was recognized by the client, but I think there are unique advantages and difficulties to being on-site. I think that kind of attention to detail and incorporating daily responses into a routine is a very special skill. I think it's amazing that I'm so highly regarded by my team members. I've been with Monosus for a long time, and of course there are ups and downs when you're with someone that long, and there are times when you feel good and times when you don't. Please take care of yourself and do your best!

First of all, thank you for choosing us.
The full-time work that I am currently in charge of is something that Monosus has had a long relationship with, so the existing production team had built relationships with customers, and the operations team already had a solid foundation as an organization, so I joined last year.
I feel that I am able to work in a very favorable environment, as I am able to cooperate in a position that allows me to experience things that I would not be able to do at our company and learn about the values of various industries that I have never encountered before, and I also receive solid support from the in-house team.
In addition to the daily work meetings, I also find it very helpful that my sales representative, Mr. Okuyama, and my boss, Mr. Kojima, share their current situation with me and follow up with me every week.
In the future, as a bridge between customers and internal members, I would like to continue to strive to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and both parties can feel that they are doing a good job, so I appreciate your continued support!
I also want to use my experience as a designer to contribute in a wide range of ways, including improving the UI.
