MONOSUS
ICECREAMING MAG

Asaki Ikeda... There is no one in Monosus who does not know the name...

About her, who controls the core of the company,
Let's talk about it here and now.

Her name is Asaki Ikeda. She joined the company in 2011 and was part of the Check Team, which was responsible for quality control at the time, and was in charge of checking projects created by the Coding Factory.
In 2013, she was assigned to Monosus' first general affairs department, headquarters. After that, she began to show her hidden talents.

If you are motivated, you can grow.

It's hard to imagine now, but when I was assigned to the headquarters, I could barely keep up with the work that was completely different from what I had been doing. Of course. Every day was filled with documents I'd never seen before, words I'd never heard before, and things I'd never done before.
As proof, back then... Purchase order? What is that, is it delicious?? Or it was a piece of cake to have the digit separators of numbers misaligned. Counting out loud on your fingers and making mistakes was a piece of cake. (Oh, that's still the case now...)

She always answers the phone in a loud and clear voice, even smiling at the person on the other end of the line.

Through all this hectic work, she gradually absorbed the work, and now there are mountains of tasks that only she knows and can do.
If you don't give up and keep working positively, you can grow as a person. It's no good just being forced to do something, you have to be motivated to do it.
As a result, she is now in a position to "control the core of the company." Monosus would not function without her.

Ikeda Asaki's work style.

Her work style is to always take notes when listening, never give a vague response without understanding, ask questions repeatedly until she understands, and always try to do any work she is given, to try it honestly, and never say she can't do it.
It sounds simple when laid out like this, but to be able to put it into action is truly mind-blowing.

A homemade memo pad made from the backing of copy paper. When you ask her for a favor, the pen instantly writes on the pad.

Another of her work styles is to clearly say what needs to be said, no matter who the person is (whether it's a department manager, an executive, or the president). If someone is late with submitting documents, she will take them seriously and give them a proper warning. She will scold them properly.

Her way of working may sound simple, but I am always in awe of her ability to do her job well without taking things for granted.

It is attractive in many ways.

Although she is serious about her work, she is also a lovable character in her everyday life, which is one of her charms.
He skillfully dodges the "old man jokes" of a certain manager and returns the joke with a light-hearted remark. He's good. The manager is also happy. I'm glad.
It's okay if they treat me like that, or rather, they should treat me like that!! This is the kind of worldview I can't hate.

And, no matter what, it's cute.
Pink stationery, decorative smartphone cases, the way she wears her hair up, all of these things are very feminine. When she wears full makeup and pink blush, people around her are amazed.

Pandas, ice cream, bears... All of the smartphone cases to date have been decorative. Each is 2-3cm thick.

Ikeda gives his usual peace sign while on vacation on the east coast of Hawaii. The smartphone case hanging around his neck is also pink.

After all, "Best Monosasist"
He had won an award.

At the Monosas Awards at the end of 2014, he won the prestigious "Best Monosasist" award.
He received the award, which is given to the staff member who exuded the most "Monosus-like" atmosphere and created the most "Monosus-like" atmosphere over the course of the year.
It's hard to explain, but it's kind of like a monoshock.

I never expected, in a good way, that he would grow up to be such a capable child (laughs).
There's a lot more we can do, but there's still room for improvement.
It's okay to have a loud voice. It's okay to come to work without makeup.
After all, I can trust her with the job.
