Congratulations message for MVP. Content that makes everyone happy. Yoshihiro Tatsuta, who created the "Form of Communication" of the production results

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In November 2022, the award went to business owner Tatsuta, who is also the one who always recommends MVPs.

The production results of CF Topics on the Coding Factory (CF) website. We introduce comments from Tatsuta, who created a "form of communication" and produced content that everyone involved was happy with, even though the company name and site name could not be disclosed.

There is a section called Topics on the CF website, and I'm recommending them because they have started a new project called Production Results. Due to the nature of Coding Factory, we cannot reveal the company name or the actual name of the site, so they put a lot of thought into how to present it. It's a great article, so please take a look.
Thank you, Tatsuta-san!

Congratulations. No one really thought that you would win, but this time, it was rare that you won the MVP award after a runoff vote. I think it must be quite embarrassing for someone who nominates MVPs to be chosen.
The article was published in the September and October issues of CF Topics, but was also distributed via the CF News email newsletter. Both articles were based on cases handled by Sunami-san, and although there was a restriction that he could not reveal the names of clients or any other inferential information, he compiled them into very easy-to-understand articles, including designs. We immediately used the article to explain things to clients, and we felt that it was easier to help them understand if there were actual examples. The CF website also lists production examples in text form, but we hope that the number of articles and examples like this one will lead to more inquiries, and that more people will become interested in the technology implemented by Monosas and ask for advice.

congratulations.
When I was listening to everyone's comments this time, I felt that they were all saying "This article was good," but I was also listening thinking that they were talking about the process behind it.
I heard that even though the coders were having a hard time writing articles and were reluctant to do so, they were very supportive. Tatsun (Tatsuta) thinks that when he is supportive, he often gets a lot of thanks from people, and he feels that he is very good at that kind of interaction.
People who are grateful to Tatsun always say things like that, and I think that this time too brought about good results. I've been hearing a lot of stories like this about Tatsun recently, so I was really happy to hear it.
This year, I am the business owner of CF, but rather than giving leadership and forcing everyone to do it, I feel like I am involved in a good way so that everyone can get involved.

thank you.
This content was conceived by Kakunami-san, and he wrote most of the manuscript. I only touched it a little bit, about the last 5% of the content, but thanks to Kakunami-san, we were able to create a great piece of content. So, next time I meet Kakunami-san, I'll treat you to a meal with my MVP prize money, so please forgive me (laughs).
What I found great about writing this article was that, although I didn't know much about each project, Kakunami-san spent about an hour digging through all the details, explaining "This was the project, this was the customer, we wanted to do this, and we designed it like this." Things like "Oh, I didn't know you could go that deep" and "If this is the case, maybe it would be easier to understand if I summarized it like this" came to mind, and I had fun while I was writing it.
I also heard people say, "I used this content in my sales pitch and explained it. It was easy to understand and well received." I really think it's good content for customers, for CF, and for everyone.
Thanks to Mr. Kakunami, we have created one pattern. It seems that other patterns will emerge, but we believe that we have created a form that can definitely be used. This is a great piece of content that we would like to continue to add to, so we appreciate your continued cooperation.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
