The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In May 2023, designer Kikuchi was awarded the award.
Here are some comments made to Kikuchi, who was thanked for his efforts in securing repeat design projects and improving the quality of the team's work in the small, everyday tasks.

Congratulations, Kikuchi-san.
What impresses me every time we work together is the detail and reliability of the output.
For example, when I ask Mr. Kikuchi to create a lot of images for an operational project, the image names and paths are in a state that makes it easy to import them into the operational environment. Not having to adjust image names at the coding stage may seem like a simple thing, but it greatly increases the work efficiency of later processes.
I believe that when working on the same team, if there is a member who does high-quality work even in the smallest details, it creates a synergistic effect where other members are influenced and try to improve quality as well.
I have recommended this to express my appreciation for the daily efforts of individuals who improve the quality of the team.

Congratulations, Kikuchi-san. I'm so happy that you finally received the award this month.
I recommended you because we received a second request from a company that we had requested design and coding work from last month. I hadn't told Mr. Kikuchi about this yet, but the other day the client formally approached us about continuing the business, and we are currently in the process of signing the contract. Mr. Kikuchi said at the end of last year that he wanted to do design projects, and I think it's really wonderful that he was able to secure a repeat design project himself, just as he had hoped.
Also, Mr. Kikuchi is the only one who takes minutes of regular meetings with clients and internal meetings, and I really like Mr. Kikuchi because he does those kinds of mundane things steadily. I'm always grateful to him.
I'm really happy to have won the MVP award. Congratulations.

Congratulations, Kikuchi-san. Harada-san and Okuyama-san have already said it, so I don't have much to say, but I'm really happy that Kikuchi-san got the MVP award!
In my case, since I am a unit leader, I usually recommend my unit members as MVPs enthusiastically, but this time, the first recommendation was not from me, but from the people I work with (production PM and sales staff), and it was such a passionate recommendation that I was really happy. I think this is proof that they have really contributed both inside and outside the company. I am so happy and my heart is full.
Congratulations!!

I thought he had won it recently, and it turns out he won it in May of last year as well.
Last time, I moved from Suo-Oshima to Tokyo and started working with Kojima and Matsunaga, and I felt like I fit in really well there, so I remember that was one of the reasons I won the award.
This time was different. He went to get a job that he "wanted to do," and it led to him being recommended for repeat work.
I think Erika (Kikuchi) joined the company after the unit system was introduced, but previously each business was divided into departments, and each department had a manager.
The department system had some good educational aspects, for example, when new employees joined the department they were properly trained, and if a project went wrong the department head would come in to put out the fire, so I think it provided good management.
On the other hand, that also caused some managers to become very exhausted. From that point on, we started to shift to a mindset where project managers and other members were responsible for ensuring the quality of the projects.
Thanks to this, we now have more members who can ensure the quality of projects, but on the other hand, when less experienced members try to take on challenging projects, they feel more pressure to see the project through to the end, and from the sales perspective, it can also be difficult to assign challenging projects to people with insufficient experience.
In the past, when an emergency arose, I would tell my manager and he would sort it out somehow.
I worked with him about two years ago, and even then he said he wanted to pursue design. I'm happy that he's now been able to achieve what he said he wanted to do.
congratulations.

Thank you for recommending it.
My daily work is nothing spectacular, just small, mundane tasks, so I'm honestly happy that there are people who see and appreciate the work I do.
From the time I joined the company until now, I have continued to assert what I want to do and what I don't want to do. Although I feel sorry for being so selfish, I am truly grateful to be in an environment where I can do what I want to do.
I believe that I was able to utilize my strengths and achieve these results thanks to the people around me, so I would like to continue working hard and be grateful to those around me every day.
Thank you very much for this opportunity!
