The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The March 2025 award went to Motoki from the headquarters, who plays a wide range of roles at Monosus, including general affairs, accounting, and human resources.

Motoki worked in a completely different industry and occupation in his previous job. He continues to grow every day even as he tackles many new tasks for the first time. With his natural friendliness and consideration, he also acts as a bridge between members and people who are interested in Monosus.

Congratulations, Motoki-kun. Motoki-kun and I joined the company at the same time, and although we are different ages, as classmates, I am happy that you have won the MVP award.
This is her first job at headquarters and she has no experience in that field, but despite the many detailed tasks, she handles them carefully and completes them without giving up, and she also treats people in a very pleasant manner. I really admire her consideration and kindness towards others.
He also supports company events with a performance that makes it hard to believe he has been with the company for less than a year. He is very attentive and considerate, and acts as a go-between between the participants and employees so that they can interact well with the company's employees. Since last year, he has been a member of the general meeting committee, so he has been able to bring some new sensibilities to the table.
I was staying at the employee dormitory in Tokyo that he manages today, and this morning we walked together from Sasazuka to the company. What I felt at that time was that he was really easy to talk to. His calm and unwavering character is gradually changing into a "reliable" company member, and I think he will be able to do a variety of jobs in the future, including his current job at headquarters. The reason I recommended Motoki this time is that he was entrusted with arranging the delivery of New Year's cards to the winners of the bread contest at the headquarters, and he managed to complete the task. In addition, he made a very good statement during the interview for the headquarters' recruitment, and I was impressed that he made a great contribution to the recent recruitment activities.
In addition, when Okubo, who was the head of the headquarters, retired in December, there were concerns that the connections between people that had been revitalized by Okubo's presence might become a little weaker. However, Arai from Shashokuken commented that it was great that Motoki had taken new members to Kudan Shokudo for lunch together and actively created opportunities for members to interact with each other.
For example, when there is a problem with the equipment in the office, he is the first to act to resolve the issue, and I get the impression that he makes good use of his strengths, so there are many times when I feel he can be relied upon.
Motoki joined the company last year, and I was actually present at his first interview. I remember what he said vividly, but he said he was so nervous at the time that he doesn't remember a thing about what we talked about.

Thank you for the MVP. I never thought I would receive it, so I'm surprised, but I'm grateful. However, I'm not only thankful for my own achievements, but also for the members of the headquarters, such as Okubo-san, Sakuyama-san, Miyagawa-san, Mochi-san (Mochizuki), and Tassa-san (Tasaki). I think that's why I received the MVP.
