The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The September 2024 award went to designer and front-end engineer Daishun Takeda.

While handling a large number of cases, he is also aware of the situation around him. Even when he is asked to take charge of an area that he did not anticipate from the initial request, he responds flexibly and completes the project. Here are some comments made to Takeda.

Thank you for your hard work over the past three months since the last week of May.
Takeda, Yosuke, and Onogi were in charge of a crowdfunding upselling app design project, but since the contract has now expired, I would like to recommend them.
Although they ended up taking on the branding project at short notice, unlike the original request, the two of them were able to demonstrate their knowledge and I'm really glad that I asked them to take on the project. Thank you very much.

Mr. Takeda is in charge of many projects. You are involved in many projects both inside and outside the company, and you do quite a lot of multitasking.
And not only does he handle his own cases, but when other members of the unit are absent, he keeps track of their cases and shares the progress with them. I think it's amazing that he can be so attentive despite being in charge of so many cases. As a result, he is the main earner for the unit, so I think he is doing a great job. Congratulations.

The HAUS unit was formed about one year and three months ago and received this award. Congratulations.
At first, it took a while for me to get used to being part of the company (laughs), but seeing how the HAUS unit takes full responsibility for managing projects from receiving orders, producing and delivering the work, to invoicing the client, I think they're truly impressive.
I think it's amazing how the types of projects Takeda undertakes range from jacket covers and event visuals for musicians he's close to to how he works with sales representative Okuyama to handle large-scale projects.
Above all, I hope that everyone will share the fact that they are having fun working on the project. It's hard to know what the HAUS unit does, so I hope that they can open it up to everyone and that everyone will listen. Congratulations!
