The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In December 2024, Director Handa was awarded the award.
This month, the members who will set up the Kyoto satellite office were selected. They are working hard every day to find an office and set up rules.
Here are some comments from Handa, who was in charge of a large-volume operational project, where he diligently managed the flow of information and successfully completed the delivery.

Sorry for the wait. I'm sure you all don't understand, but I've been wanting to recommend this since July.
One project that I was working on with Mr. Handa involved a fairly voluminous production request. It's hard to convey in words, but there was a lot of information, and it was very difficult to sort through it.
Thanks to Handa-san's brilliant direction, this project was released in several parts and was successfully released in December. I'm very grateful to Handa-san for making the process go so smoothly.
Even though they were working on other projects at the same time, they carried out all the work with a sense of responsibility. Thank you very much.
Handa himself also decided to move to Kyoto, and at that time he decided to set up a satellite office with other members who were also moving to Kyoto.
I think there were a lot of things to consider, such as the location of the office, the meaning of a satellite office, the environment, etc. It was the first time I had ever been used to it, and I watched from afar as Handa-san struggled and tried his best, trying different things and thinking how great it was.
This time, I have recommended it with these aspects in mind.

Congratulations. I don't know the details of your work, but we are currently working together on a project to set up a satellite office in Kyoto. As Kurihara-san mentioned in his recommendation, despite his busy schedule, he always seems calm and proceeds with his work and projects as if it's no big deal.
I think it's amazing that they can do this without ever showing that they're busy.
He moved to Kyoto in December, so I'm really looking forward to working with him from now on.
I'd love to join the queue at a popular ramen restaurant.
Even in times like that, I'm sure they'll keep a calm face and wait with me.

congratulations.
Handa-san always appears calm and collected.
I've been impressed since last year that you've taken over a big operation project and have been steadily achieving results and gross profits. You've continued to achieve results this year, so I can tell you're working hard. I don't have many opportunities to talk to you directly, but I used to work for a motorcycle and car manufacturer, so I can imagine how difficult it must be. Kurihara has been waiting for the right timing, eagerly passing on information to everyone, and I'm really glad that we were able to get it at this timing.
I don't think we would have been able to establish the satellite office in Kyoto without Handa's help. When we talked about creating rules together for the next person, we came up with some very sophisticated systems. To be honest, I was really moved by it. I wonder if you moved safely? Congratulations.

First of all, I would like to thank the other members, including Mr. Kurihara, for their support in the projects I am working on. I am very grateful. Thank you very much.
Regarding the satellite office project in Kyoto, the project members are very active and I'm struggling to keep up, but I hope that together we can create an office in Kyoto where people can work happily. Thank you as always. I look forward to continuing to work with you in the future.
