Yoshiko Nakaniwa, who completed the MVP congratulations message project

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In January 2022, the award went to Nakaniwa, who played a central role in renewing the Monosasu website.

Despite having to coordinate with overseas illustrators and there being little time left until the release date, we managed to complete the renewed website as scheduled.

This time, we will introduce some comments about Nakaniwa, who was awarded the MVP award for demonstrating outstanding project promotion.

Congratulations, Nakaniwa-san.
I think it's amazing that we were able to complete the renewal of the Monosasu website right up to its release, given the short amount of time we had.

As we sought out new ways to shape Monosus, we decided to ask an illustrator from overseas named Rocío to help us. This must have been extremely difficult, as we had to communicate carefully in English with someone overseas about contracts and progress.

On the other hand, the sense of setting schedules and moving forward steadily, such as with myself as the art director and assigning engineers, has not changed even since she returned from childcare leave... It was nice and nostalgic, as it had been a long time since we last worked together.

I also said, "If you have any problems, please ask me anything," but I was really caught lol. Once again, Nakaniwa's project drive is amazing. Congratulations on being an MVP.

Congratulations Nakaniwa-san, I also recommended you.
I returned from maternity leave in April last year and worked with Monosus as a member of the Food Research Institute. I think the structure made it difficult to do things in many ways.

Still, I'm grateful that you took the initiative to push forward.

I heard about the progress of the Monosasu website renewal at the end of November, and I thought, "Honestly, this won't be finished by the end of the year," but I was impressed that they managed to close the project in December. Congratulations.

congratulations.
At the beginning of the year, I went to greet the customers I was in charge of operations for, and introduced Nakaniwa-san, who will be a new member of our on-site support team. The customers have very high expectations of our on-site members, so the topic of on-site support took up a lot of the conversation during the New Year greetings.

During Nakani's self-introduction at the meet and greet, he mentioned that he had led the launch of the Monosasu website. The conversation then expanded to include, "Incidentally, the Monosasu website was recently revamped, and Nakani was also at the forefront of the project!" It was impressive to see the customer take such a great interest in Nakani and Monosasu.

I voted, including my expectations for us as we work together on operational tasks in the future!

Congratulations, Nakaniwa-san.
Nakani-san is blessed with the ability to move projects forward, and I think that is a great strength.
I think that his ability to move projects forward is truly outstanding.

I think it has also been extremely helpful to the other members of the project.
I believe that there was a time when the Monosasu site was able to progress thanks to Mr. Nakani's driving force.

I think that this was especially evident this time and caught everyone's attention.
congratulations.

I never thought I'd get an MVP or anything like that, so I'm really surprised. Thank you to everyone who recommended me.

I'm happy to receive praise for my ability to drive projects forward, but someone once told me, "You're like a bulldozer."

I think I'm a person who has a hard time giving up. I think that the way I do things, like "If I absolutely have to make this happen, I'll do it no matter what!", is a characteristic of me, although I'm sure there are good and bad sides to that.

I think I was able to make use of that when I renewed the Monosasu website this time, and I'm glad about that. I'm going to continue working on the renewal, so I think there will be people who will contact me, and I would be very happy if you could join us at that time. Thank you everyone.

Monosus Site Team

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
