The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In September 2023, Director Handa was awarded the award.
What he wants to do is "support everyone." He is skilled at multitasking and patiently handles heavy operational issues, which is why he is relied upon by his unit members. Here are some comments about Handa.

congratulations.
MVPs are often awarded when someone has accomplished something amazing, but I think it's also amazing to steadily build up less flashy operational projects day by day. In recent years, Handy (Handa) has been in charge of multiple operational projects, and his sales have been ranked in the top 10 every month. I wanted everyone to know about Handy's work, and in August, I recommended him to express my gratitude for his successful delivery of a fairly heavy operational project that he was in charge of.
The scope of work requested for the operational projects he was in charge of was large, and with delays in the submission of material data, even the gentle Handa was quite irritated at times. He persevered and we were able to deliver the work safely. He handles multiple projects at the same time, has stable sales, and manages sudden requests that arise every day, so I think he multitasks well. He's really amazing.
When I asked him what he wanted to do, he said that he wanted to support everyone, and he has been saying the same thing for several years now. Handy-san joins us when we are in trouble with each project, and it is a great help to the other members of the same unit.
I think that Handy-san has established his own position, and I'm glad about that. Everyone is counting on you, so please continue to support us. It's really encouraging. Thank you.

Congratulations, Handa-kun.
The reason I recommend Handa is because when he was in charge of an operation and maintenance project in the past, I liked how Handa responded sincerely to the project, regardless of its size. Unfortunately, the maintenance project we asked him to do ended up being closed, but the client was very grateful for our prompt response until the end. I think that what Handa was doing was conveyed to the client.
I have always felt that there was a strong awareness of target budgets, and when I saw in Mr. Nagai's performance report that he had been making efforts to achieve individual results, I was very happy.
I had always hoped that such a serious guy like Handa would win the MVP award someday, so I'm glad that he was able to receive it this time. Congratulations.

congratulations.
Speaking of Handy (Handa), I remember that during the interview to become an employee, we didn't talk about work, but rather about life. I was really worried at the time. lol But about two or three years ago, Tsutomu (Kurihara) started talking a lot about how "Handy is amazing." I guess something must have happened.
It's just like a growth curve, where the growth is slow at first, but once something clicks, it grows all at once, and I felt that this was also the case with Handicap.
The last time we worked on a project together was about three years ago, so we haven't been able to work together recently, but I would like to work together again.
I think Tsutomu is also happy, so even though Tokyo and Tokushima are a little far apart, I hope we can meet and have a meal together if we get the chance. Congratulations.

thank you very much.
Hayashi-san was worried about a lot of things, and I feel like I haven't changed much. I think I'm still doing things that make people worry about me. The fact that I'm doing well is also thanks to the people around me, including the Kurihara Unit, who support me. I'll keep doing my best. Thank you.
