The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The December 2023 award went to coder Yamamoto.
He started coding at the Suo-Oshima office with no prior experience, and was recommended as a culmination of his work on projects and his growth as a coder. With his attitude of continuing to challenge himself, saying "I can still do more," we have some comments about Yamamoto, who is expected to achieve great things in the future.
*The titles and titles of each member are as of the time of the award.

The MVP of the month is usually nominated when there is a big project or success, but this time it is being nominated as a culmination of the project.
At first, it was Nagai-san who suggested that I watch over Yamamoto-kun, and as an extension of that we've been in a unit together for two years.
At first, he seemed a little unreliable, but since last year, he has been steadily getting his feet on the ground and working on projects. I also like the fact that he is taking action on his interests.
This year was a year in which I clearly felt like things were slipping out of my hands. I think it was only because Yamamoto-kun had matured so much that I was able to make the decision to go from unit leader to UP (unit professional) next year.
This will be the last year that we will be in the same unit, but I believe that they will continue to do great things from now on, and I hope that we can continue to work hard together in the future.

I'm currently working on a project at my own pace, with Yamamoto-kun helping out with the coding.
What I think is great about Yamamoto is that he never gets pessimistic, and always thinks he needs to improve, or rather, he asks me questions like "I want to write better code, what should I do?", and I like how enthusiastic he is. Looking at other projects, I can see that he is challenging himself, and he takes risks. There are some similarities between the way we think, and I think he will continue to grow.

Congratulations Yuya (Yamamoto)!
When I think back to when I first met Yuya at the job interview, I realize how much he has grown. Yuya was the second person to work at the Suo-Oshima satellite office.
At that time, Monosus' satellite office was opened in Suo-Oshima, and the locals were not sure if people from Tokyo would really settle there. But a few years later, when I went to Suo-Oshima, there was a mobile Seven-Eleven store and some old ladies were shopping there. Then, as soon as one old lady saw Yuya, she waved and called out to him. She gave him the yakiniku bento she had just bought.
After that, as we were walking together, many elderly people called out to us. I felt that we were loved.
According to Nagai-san, Yuya actively helps with things like cleaning up local trash, and I think that contributing to the local community through things other than that kind of work is very important for a satellite office to become trusted.
I think that the reason why the satellite office has become established and trusted is largely due to Yuya's hard work. I am very happy that he was able to win the MVP award as a result of his daily efforts.
Yuya has a bit of a showy side to him, so if he could tone it down a bit, he'd be even cooler! lol Keep up the good work. Congratulations to Yuya, the idol of Suo-Oshima's grandparents!

Congratulations.
Because I'm in Suo, the only time I have a chance to talk to him in detail is during interviews, but I often feel anxious at those times. (laughs) But I think Yuya's loveability is amazing. Our company has clear figures for each individual, so there are some parts that become individualistic, but I think of it as a team and an organization.
I think that for Mr. Nagai, Suo-Oshima is like starting a business again, and in that sense, I think it's reassuring to have someone to work with. More than just work.
I feel like they are willing to accept things that people don't like, and are willing to do things that benefit everyone even if they don't directly lead to income.
When she became "No", she set some pretty ambitious goals, so I'm curious to see how it will turn out, and I'm rooting for her, hoping that she can achieve them.
congratulations.

Thank you everyone.
Mr. Kanno generally left me to my own devices, but when I was in trouble he would quickly appear and help me out.
Thanks to that, I was able to tackle the project with confidence and grow. Thank you for your help over the past two years.
Thank you to both Harada-san and Okubo-san. I'm not used to receiving praise, so I was a bit taken aback, but I was happy.
I am very sad that Hayashi will have to distance herself from the team while her concerns about herself remain unresolved, but I am very happy that she was chosen as the last monthly MVP involved with the team.
thank you very much.
