Congratulations to the MVP! Matsubara Megumi supports newcomers with kindness and care.

At Monosus, we select the person who can say, "I worked the hardest this month!" and hold an awards ceremony at a monthly meeting where everyone gathers.

The April 2020 MVP award went to Matsubara, who provides attentive support to members who have recently joined Monosus.

Here are comments from Miyagawa, who recommended the award, Matsubara, the winner, and Representative Hayashi!

Congratulations on being the MVP. Mr. Matsubara is currently working in the Yoyogi office, providing training and support to two new employees who recently joined the company. As this was the first time in a long time that someone had been hired for CF's business, he had been thinking about the arrangements for the acceptance and training, as well as the educational program, for several weeks prior to the new hire's joining, and was very proactive in preparing in advance.

Practical training is also provided by other members of the unit, but what's great is that they notice things that others have forgotten and provide support, and they also enjoy the training. After the employees joined the company, they carefully set up the two new employees, and we heard many grateful comments.

I was surprised to find out that even after the initial training in charge of Mr. Matsubara was over, he was still checking the daily Slack exchanges within the unit, and I thought it was wonderful that he was able to understand even the smallest details and respond accordingly. Thanks to Mr. Matsubara, we were able to hire new employees and we can leave them in charge with peace of mind, so I look forward to working with him in the future.

Thank you very much. I'm very happy to receive such great praise from Mr. Miyagawa. I haven't received this much praise in a while, so I'm very happy.

Miyagawa-san mentioned last time when he won the MVP that when it came to hiring new employees this time, he placed great importance on finding people that he wanted to work with, and that he was able to find someone just like that.

I heard that, and I'm thinking about this new employee training with that mindset. Rather than thinking about what I have to teach them, I'm focusing on working together. I have Okubo-san who always supports me, and there are many people who think about the training with me, so I think I'm having fun in that sense too.

Also, as Hayashi-san said in his comment, I've been doing a lot of behind-the-scenes work recently, which is kind of mundane, but I'm glad I was able to win an MVP like this, even though it's mundane. Thank you!

Message to Matsubara
Representative Hayashi

Congratulations, Matsubara-san. I just met you the other day. We were talking about how it had been a long time since we last saw each other. We were talking about how I've been at the company quite a bit recently for new employee training.

Monosus is in a hiring rush for the first time in a while, and I think that teamwork is very important. It's not enough if the hiring process goes well; after that, they go into each unit and the business they're in charge of, and I think that follow-up there is important, but I also think that initial training before they're assigned to a unit is very important.

I think it's very important to get people used to the company at first. Especially now that COVID has hit, there aren't many seniors around. I think people joining the company in such a situation are probably anxious. At times like that, I think people like Mr. Matsubara are there to properly convey the company culture.

I think it's been a while since Matsubara-san received this award. I think he has been taking on more roles away from practical work recently, but I think it's very important for Monosas to have this kind of educational aspect, not just to make money, so I'm glad he was involved.

congratulations!

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
