The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The October 2023 award went to web director Mine Hata.
Even though I am based in Bangkok, where Monosus Thailand is located, I am actively participating in new projects, such as progressing web production projects and improving internal operations.
Here are some comments about Hata Mine, who is always at the forefront of taking on new challenges and always has a positive attitude, having a positive influence on the people around him.

congratulations.
This year's theme was to increase the amount of content we have produced so that our customers can learn about the skills and work we can do. Hata Mine is the one who is taking the initiative to make this goal a reality.
In addition, the feedforward meetings in which we look back on projects after they are completed and find ways to utilize them for the next time (feedforward meetings) were starting to get a little slow, so when I said, "Let's do it," they took the lead in getting it done.
Whenever the entire organization decides to take on something new, Hata Mine is the first to take action.
As someone who speaks out, I appreciate and find it helpful that they are actively involved in the policies we want to implement to improve the business as a whole, so I recommended them.

Recently, we had a project with a tight schedule and requirements, but also a large budget. It was really tough, and it was only thanks to the dedicated work of everyone at Tycorder, including Hinata-san, who was the sub-director, that we were able to get it done. Hata Mine-san, as the project manager, was able to handle it well.
Depending on the timing, Hata Mine is in charge of more than half of Monotai's projects, so he keeps a firm grip on the reins of many projects.
Above all, he always has a positive attitude, and "positivity" ranks highly on the StrengthsFinder. When working with him, I never felt like I was being forced to do anything, no matter what the situation. That's actually something that's not easy to do, and I've heard many people say that's what makes him so good. He's always a positive influence on the people around him.
I am grateful every day to the fact that he is always enthusiastic about working outside of project boundaries, always thinking about the efficiency of the entire Monotai team.

Actually, he also won MVP in July of last year, so this is his second time winning the award in a little over a year.
The topic at that time was how Hatamii (Hata Mine) had been leading the way in improving the check team's operations.
Right now, the business owner is thinking about the business itself, but I think it's great to have members who think about the overall picture like this and move things forward.
I think we need people like that on our team.
I think people who know Hatami personally will understand, but Hatami is an interesting character who can do silly things.
It's fun whether we go to training camps, company trips, or eat meals together.
But I've never actually heard him say anything bad about anyone, and he never says anything that sounds like he's complaining.
He's a mysterious character who really makes it easier for those around him to work and empowers them.
I feel that the other members really admire Hatami.
I'm going to Thailand next month for the first time in a while, so I'm looking forward to seeing you there.

I would like to do more projects and make improvements within the company.
I always end up expanding my work so much that I can't keep up, so I need support from the people around me to get me to the finish line.
The people who have been supporting me recently are Hinata-san and Matsubara-san.
We are extremely grateful to Mr. Matsubara for his help when we created the CF Topics case study page.
When I was in charge of a difficult project with a short deadline and many design changes, I asked Hinata to be the sub-director, and it was very helpful because it felt like Hinata was doing more work than I was. Yuka Tanaka and Machiyama, who I've worked with on other projects, also provide support.
I've been followed for a long time, but I want to continue working hard without changing what I want to do or what I want to achieve.
I would like to go out to dinner with the person who helped me to express my gratitude.
thank you very much.
