Congratulations message for MVP: Marie Fujiwara is a thorough fair-minded person who communicates with everyone in a polite and comprehensive manner.

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The November 2023 award went to Director Fujiwara.

Fujiwara is the backbone of the team's main client projects, both in terms of quality and production. He is always polite and makes his co-workers feel comfortable, no matter how difficult the situation. Here are some comments about Fujiwara.

Congratulations to Marie for winning the MVP award! Marie is in charge of most of the production projects for our team's main clients, and not only is the quality of her deliverables improving every year, but as Uemura writes below, what's most amazing about Marie is that she never loses communication, including in terms of production direction, no matter what the project or how difficult the situation. Whether the person she's dealing with is a client, a senior colleague, or an outsourced partner, she is always polite and thoroughly fair.
Over the past few months, I have been in charge of the same project as Marie-san and have overcome some very difficult obstacles, but watching her communication up close has taught me a lot. (I also had to be careful about myself haha)
I think this is partly due to the influence of the client's culture, which values openness and fairness, but I also think that the things that Marie has always valued have become a solid style through her work.
In a previous interview, Marie said, "I think that a way of working where each person accepts the other's values and everyone is able to create things with a sense of mutual understanding is what will lead to the next step for everyone." I think that this is exactly what has come to fruition. I would be very happy if production direction like Marie's becomes one of the standards for Monosus in the future.

Marie has been with the team for eight years, and although people around her tend to call her "young," she is already a veteran. In projects that involve the entire team, she is in charge of 90% of the production that Monosus undertakes, and is the backbone of our production in terms of both quality and quantity.

What I find amazing about working with Marie is that she always strives to communicate carefully in all directions, and no matter how busy she is with the short deadline or how busy she is with her own work, she never becomes sloppy in her communication with not only her clients but also with her own production team. I think the best part of Marie's production direction is that the people she works with are able to work comfortably.
Of course, just like the next person, she has her strengths and weaknesses, but the human skills that come from that kind of communication allow her to move forward with the support of those around her, and I think it's a talent to make people think, "I want to support Marie."

I feel that she is already quite professional, but I also believe that she still has room to grow, and I would definitely recommend her to people who don't know her yet, which is why I have chosen to recommend her.

Congratulations. It's been eight years since I interviewed Marie for employment. She was the first new graduate to be recruited by Nihon Shigoto Hyakkaten. When I interviewed with my team members for the first time in a while, I learned that she was by far the highest earner on the team. This was due to the environment that was created for her by those around her and her position that made it easy to work, but she was also working hard. I felt that she was growing a lot.

We were talking about how working with Marie helps people grow. The reason is that she gives very careful feedback for each project. Of course, giving careful feedback makes things easier for you, but hearing that it also leads to the growth of the people involved is also a good thing. It must be hard because there are so many projects to handle, but I think she has been carefully building up her skills for eight years. To me, she was always a newbie, but I realized once again that she is doing well. Designers, if you want work, contact Marie and I think you will be able to do a good job.

Congratulations. I've never worked on a project with Marie-chan, and we only talk at events, but I've heard a lot about her from people around me.

The people on Marie's team not only give her accurate feedback, but also give generous praise to other team members when she's not around.
I think it was precisely because of that kind of environment that she was able to grow, and I think it's wonderful that Marie, who grew up in that environment, is able to give good feedback to the people she works with, making it a comfortable place to work for them.

When he started working from home, he seemed to lose his cool for a moment, which worried those around him, but I heard that everyone was very considerate and supported him.
Whenever I listen to Marie's stories, I always think of good teamwork.
Congratulations on your award.

I am very happy. As Mr. Hayashi mentioned, there was a time in the winter of 2020 when nothing I did worked. I thought I might not be able to work at Monosus, so I secretly looked at job-hunting sites and calmed myself down by thinking, "There are plenty of jobs out there, so it's okay." Even in such a situation, my very busy team members patiently worked with me until late at night and I was able to overcome it. That experience became the axis for me, and I was able to continue thanks to my team, as well as everyone inside and outside the company who always cooperates with me. There are many jobs that I have gotten used to over the past eight years, but even now, when I take on a new job, I still have things to reflect on and I can't handle it well, and I often learn a lot from the perspectives of the people I worked with at that time. Although it is difficult, I enjoy my work every day. Thank you.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
