Congratulations to MVP, Munehisa Hata, who took the initiative to improve his work

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In July 2022, director Hata Mine was awarded the award.

"I will make our place a better place." Here are some comments made to Hata Mine, who managed to improve the checking process despite being busy with other projects.

Congratulations, Hata Mine-san.
The other day, the Coding Factory check schedule and sitemap were updated. Hata Mine and Murakami worked on the project together, and I would like to recommend Hata Mine as the MVP on behalf of the team.
The way we schedule checks hasn't changed for many years, which resulted in unnecessary check resources and the hassle of manually entering information. Now, they've created a system that links the check schedule with the site map and automatically books appointments. It's only just started, but I'm really looking forward to using it in the future.
I think it's extremely difficult to take the initiative in these ambiguous areas where it's unclear who should be involved. I'm so grateful! Thank you very much!

congratulations.
I recommended you for your sitemap and checklist projects.
Coding Factory is a group with a long history, so even if you feel that the tools you've been using for years are inconvenient, they won't change unless someone speaks up and takes action. I'm very grateful that Murakami-san and I worked together to renew the tool and see it through to the end to make it more convenient.
Also, the sitemap update project requires the perspective of not only the checkers but also the coders, so I thought it was good that they properly incorporated their perspective.
Also, I believe they have created a new spreadsheet script for the automated sitemap processing part, so I thought it was great that they were able to complete that part and am grateful for that, which is why I recommended them.

Congratulations, Go-kun. Improving the check process has been an issue for a long time.
However, things weren't progressing very well, and perhaps this time too, the opportunity was created by Murakami from the check team, but I think that this time, progress was made because Go-kun worked with us, and I think that's why everyone is grateful for that.
There's a phrase we often hear within our company: "We make the place where we live better," and I think that's exactly what happened this time.
I think what happened was that they tried to improve the checks that were related to their own work on their own.
I think it must be very difficult to complete the project while being busy with other projects, but on top of that, I think it's really amazing that you managed to improve the checking process this time. Congratulations.

Thank you MVP.
In this case, the opportunity arose when the quality control department joined the Tatsuta Unit and I joined them in carrying out quality control improvements once a month.
I raised my hand because there was something I wanted to improve, and that's how I got involved. I learned a lot from Tatsuta-san, learned about the current state of the checks from Murakami-san, and in turn I told Murakami about the production side of things...
Along the way, we were both busy and things got a bit messy and we almost got sidetracked, but we decided on a certain time each week to make sure we continued working on it at that exact time.
We had planned to complete it a little earlier, but it was delayed and ended up being released on July 1st. I'm really glad we were able to finish it, and I think that not only I but also Murakami-san is an MVP for their achievements. Thank you very much.

Monosus Site Team

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
