Congratulations message to MVP
Yoshihiro Tatsuta compiled everyone's thoughts on the website.

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In February 2022, the award went to Tatsuta, who incorporated "future and past" into the Coding Factory website renewal.

As a project manager, planner, and business owner, Tatsuta oversaw the Coding Factory's website renewal project and took the lead in compiling the members' thoughts and ideas into content.

Here are some comments about Tatsuta.

Congratulations, Tatsun (Tatsuta). I want to say how wonderful it is to everyone involved in the Coding Factory (CF) renewal.

It must be a challenge just to renew a service that has been in operation for over 10 years with the help of internal members, but I thought that the site was very well thought out and very pleasant to use.

The design conveyed that everyone involved in the project had the same mindset and was aiming in the same direction, which I thought was a wonderful way to create something. Tatsun was the one who organized it, so I thought it was a great job and recommended him. Congratulations.

Tatsuta-san has been leading the renewal of the CF site as a project manager, planner, and business owner. I think the workshop for the renewal held two years ago was a very good opportunity for everyone to put the service itself into words.

I believe that it was only because of Tatsuta that he was able to compile everyone's work attitudes and feelings, as well as the content that we thought would be nice to have, in an easy-to-understand manner without any excess or lack.

I think the renewed CF site is the product of everyone's combined efforts, including Onogi-san, the designers who shaped it into a design, Machiyama-san, Matsubara-san, and the Thai members, who realized the difficult implementation. I am especially pleased that Tatsuta-san, who led and guided everyone as the project owner, received this award. Congratulations.

I recommended this site from the perspective of someone who was previously involved with CF. Looking at the completed site, I was impressed by how much thought went into it, including a wealth of information about what people who were involved in the past said and did.

This is one of Monosus's mainstream sites that has been cultivated over the years, and I think it will give you a good understanding of what CF is all about, so I hope you will take the time to take a look.
Thank you to Tatsuta-san and all the project members for your hard work.

Congratulations, Tatsun, on winning your first MVP award.
This reminded me of when we launched the Coding Factory service.
Back then, we weren't dominated by repeat customers like we are today, and most of our inquiries came from the web.

At that time, Tatsun wasn't yet involved in CF services, but he made suggestions like, "I think it would be better if you did your website like this."
I tried it and was surprised to see that the number of inquiries doubled.

I remember thinking, "It would be better for Tatsun to do it than for me," so I left the CF site in his hands. From there, he became the overall manager of the CF service and the business owner he is now, and he has been involved with CF for as long as he has been with Monosus.

Unlike a client's website, making your own company website is difficult, and I'm sure it was really tough, but I think it's amazing that everyone managed to see it through.

This project had a positive impact not only on the outside of the company, but also on Monosus itself, and I think it was a very valuable project. I think that's what led to you winning the MVP award. Congratulations.

Thank you. There was a long time when managers were not eligible for the MVP award, so this is the first time we've won an award. So I feel both happy and embarrassed at the same time.

Just like Hayashi-san said, client websites go smoothly, but for some reason, our own website takes a lot of time. We spend days worrying about whether to add a page or not, or changing the name of a page just before it goes live.

So, I think it was difficult not only for me, but also for the members who worked on the project with me. Since it was the first renewal in 12 years, it wasn't really a renewal, but a completely new creation, and we replaced almost all of the content.

Since there were many members involved and the project took a long time, we made sure to make sure it progressed steadily, but we also tried to have fun and have a sense of fun. I think that was appreciated, and I'm glad about that.
Thank you to everyone who was involved.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
