At Monosus, we select the person who can say, "I worked the hardest this month!" and hold an awards ceremony every month when everyone gathers.
The winner of the October 2021 MVP Award is Yurika Machiyama. She works as a director in Bangkok, Thailand and is a person that everyone can rely on.
We introduce the recommendation message and comments from the award winner Machiyama and representative Hayashi.

There are several internal projects underway to improve Coding Factory, such as renewing the website and reviewing business processes. Even though he is already busy with actual projects, he is working on these projects very positively. I also heard that he is providing detailed support to Yuka Tanaka, who was awarded MVP last month, and the other members.
I am grateful that they have voiced a positive message saying "Let's make the whole thing better," but I think it is really amazing that they are actually taking steps forward. I have recommended them with gratitude.

Congratulations, Matchy.
Thank you so much for taking the time to work as PM on the project we made public the other day.
Since this was the client's own company website, there was no budget, but I am grateful that they worked hard on it voluntarily, even staying up all night.
Since Machi is a hard worker and can do anything, I felt that it would be difficult for him to win the MVP without this opportunity. I had wanted Machi to win it with me last month, so I'm really glad that many people agreed with me this time.

I have the impression that Machiyama-san has been working hard ever since he joined the company, and I think he does such a good job that I want to give him the MVP award every month. He takes on projects that are particularly difficult to direct and completes them well, so even though it must be tough, I feel a great sense of security that he will somehow manage it.
Recently, he has been exerting his strength in the renewal of the CODING FACTORY service site, working on improving the work flow in Thailand, and in his one-on-one meetings with Yuka, he seriously thinks about how he can help her grow, so I think it's great that he was able to take this opportunity to win the MVP award, following on from Yuka's award last month. Congratulations.

I am also indebted to Mr. Machiyama, who helps me manage the media for a certain design company.
The content of the articles is quite edgy and the media's appearance is very unique, so it is a media outlet that the client has placed a lot of emphasis on.
Machiyama-san is in charge of the production and operation of the site, and despite the fluidity of the schedule, he always delivers the work perfectly. He has become someone that clients can rely on.
I think this project will continue for quite a long time, and I want to make it a media that will continue to attract attention. I am very grateful to Mr. Machiyama, who has been with us since the beginning. Thank you very much.

thank you.
Recently, I can't work as long as I used to, so I try to make time to relax in the evenings. I'm busy, but I think I work less than before.
Recently, I've been thinking about how we can improve as a team, and I'm currently trying to create something like a master sheet that everyone can use.
I believe that if each person improves even by 1mm, the total will be greatly improved, both for society as a whole and within a 3-meter radius of myself. I hope that something will improve, even if it is just 1mm, by my involvement. I look forward to your continued support.
Message to Machiyama
- Representative Hayashi
congratulations.
I've been working with Macchy on the Toek Radio project for a long time, and I'm always grateful to him for taking care of all the system-related work despite his busy schedule.
When I asked him what he wanted to do before, he said, "I want to do something that will benefit the world." What I think is amazing about Matchy is that making the world a better place and making the team he is a part of are on the same concentric circle. I think there are a lot of people who don't have a clear connection between these two things.
I feel that he is someone who is firmly connected between "improving the project I'm involved in" and "making the world a better place." So I think it's not a lie when he says "for the sake of the world." I think he's committed to doing what he does.
I want to support them more so that they can realize what they want to do, but I feel frustrated that I can't do it right now. It would be nice if we could do such a project together someday. I can't go to Thailand right now, so I hope I can have time to talk about such things.
