When building their own in-house service based on kintone, there were some functions that could not be covered by the standard functions. Kintone's limitations, such as the inability to rewrite multiple records at once, directly lead to increased work for operators. Because operational complexity increases the likelihood of human error, they wanted to reduce it as much as possible at the design stage.
As there were many aspects of the system's required specifications that could not be covered by kintone's standard functions, customization development became necessary.

Development of custom-made plugins
Together with the sonorite team, we scrutinized the operation of the entire system and developed three plugins for common functions: the "Name Matching Plugin," the "Bulk Correction Plugin," and the "Closing Date Completion Plugin." Each plugin extends kintone and covers the system's required specifications.
