KINOKO SOCIAL CLUB will be participating in "Eating Seminar: What is Eating?", a project of "Shigoto Zemi," an event organized by Nippon Shigoto Hyakka.
"Shigoto Zemi" is a seminar-style school where professionals from various fields act as instructors, sharing their knowledge, experience, and achievements, while students learn through practical application.
This "Eating Seminar" will consist of eight sessions in which participants and guests will explore the topic of eating together.
In the KINOKO SOCIAL CLUB, I will be in charge of a session that explores the food cycle through the lens of mushrooms, as well as a field trip to search for mushrooms.
