Hello. This is Saito from the Quality Control Department.
Today we'd like to introduce you to Nanae Tayama, the ace of our quality control department.
Nanae has a gentle personality and laughs easily.
Due to the time we joined the company and the age difference, at first I thought we didn't have much in common because her personality and way of thinking were the complete opposite of mine, but now she's an adorable junior who laughs with me about all sorts of things every day and I look up to her.
Mr. Tayama joined the team that I was primarily in charge of as a sub.
To me, he is like a partner who helps me with the checking work.
When we are thinking about which person should be assigned to which project, we always assign her to a key position because we have a lot of confidence in her speed and quality of work.
Also, we often sit next to each other, so we can discuss work details with each other or laugh together over trivial things, making for a comfortable work environment.
I think this is something that not only people in the club feel, but also people who come into contact with her in other ways.
Well, when it came time to write the introduction article, the first thing Tayama said to me was, "I'm sorry I don't have anything that really stands out as being associated with me."
I think it means "I'm sorry, but there's nothing special about it."
I know that there are many things in daily life that are synonymous with Tayama-san.
This time, we would like to look back on Tayama's week and introduce the various sides of him.
Monday: We may be strict about the quality of our checks, but we also like to have fun.

Always receive with a smile
The Quality Control Department performs a final check on the created pages before they are delivered to the customer.
Tayama-san has a keen eye for both speed and accuracy. He is also trusted by the coders, and is often thanked during morning meetings.
At morning meetings, many people express their gratitude to those around them, such as those in the same department, but receiving gratitude from people in other departments means that you are doing a truly great job.
I was diligently adding a picture of a miniature schnauzer to a note for Mr. Corder, who is a dog lover.
One day, I spotted Tayama trying to draw a dog while muttering, "This is difficult..."
When Coder received the drawing, he laughed and said, "It was pretty rough, but cute." So I took a look to see what the finished picture would look like, and it turned out to be a goldfish-like dog with about three circles around it.
I spent so much time writing it seriously!
We all couldn't help but laugh at how cute the contrast was with the precision of their work.
Tuesday I know all the great lunch places

"Shake and salmon roe!!" they shout.
During my lunch break, I go to a nice restaurant and enjoy lunch. On this day, I was stuffing my face with salmon and salmon roe onigiri, and a combination of Nozawana and mentaiko onigiri. They look so happy!
She is also very close with the staff at her favorite pasta restaurant . When we all went to lunch together on her birthday, the staff gave her a wonderful surprise, which showed just how close they are.
We both love delicious food and are big foodies. When we're busy at work, our catchphrase is, "Let's eat sushi when we're done!" or "Let's eat yakiniku!". In addition to these things that are achievable, we sometimes get too excited and say things like, "Let's have a lavish time!" or "Let's travel around the world!", but for some reason, we simply work hard when we do so, and I think we have a lot in common apart from our appetites.
Wednesday: My friends taking a break

There is a mistake in this
What heals him during his free time is Charlie Brown. He collects all kinds of goods. He loves Charlie Brown so much that he even turns existing snacks into Charlies.
What do you like about it?
...The answer seems to be "it's perfectly round."
I wanted to ask more in-depth questions, but the answer was so straightforward that I haven't been able to ask any more.
Thursday: Round glasses improve concentration

Tayama's specialty is snacking on sweets
You can tell when someone is concentrating on their work by how fast they type, so fast you wonder if they're even taking a breath.
When he finished, he took a deep breath like a player who had just finished a game, saying, ``It's done!'', and I finally took a deep breath next to him and said, ``Good job!''
He not only pays attention to his own projects, but also to checking the work of his team members, providing immediate feedback to his juniors and teaching them efficient checking methods.
I've been with the company for three years. I think I'm good at connecting the members who have been checking things for many years with the new members.
Every Thursday, on Kama Pan Day , they also enthusiastically undertake the special task of buying the "super soft bread" that the leader requests.
Friday. Thank you for your hard work this week! Let's drink, chat and have fun!

I love wine
This Friday was a drinking party for the quality control department. Ms. Tayama is usually calm and says that she is in her 20s but has the mental age of 30s, but outside of the workplace, she is a young and innocent girl. She took funny pictures of her seniors with a smartphone app and laughed to herself until she cried.

Photo by Tayama. The face of our leader, Kawaguchi (right), which perfectly matches my facial features (left), was well received.
Tayama-san usually takes pictures of me in strange moments, and when he sees those pictures of me he says very rude things like, "When I'm tired, I look at these and they cheer me up." (laughs) But, no one can compare to an innocent little girl, so I think, "If it cheers me up, that's fine, that's fine."
Saturday is my day off to self-produce
We provide production in every aspect, including cutting hair, buying clothes, and changing nails.
Seeing them maintain their beauty every day of the month makes us all feel brighter and more cheerful. I especially enjoy hearing their reports after they change their nails, explaining things like, "I made it look more spring-like!", "This time it's gorgeous," or "I thought I'd try something more calm."

Each time, she talks about her nail concept with a smile, saying things like, "This time it's artistic. This time it's simple."
I'm also always impressed by how she can wear a variety of different clothes, and whenever she wears new clothes she declares, "They're cheap!"
It doesn't matter if it's cheap or whatever, as long as Tayama is having fun and looking cute, that's fine (lol)
Relax and recharge at your favorite cafe on Sunday

Chatting while eating delicious food
On her days off, she finds a cafe she likes and goes there. As mentioned in a previous article , she also loves cooking, and she probably incorporates the delicious food she encounters at cafes into her daily menu, creating a stylish dining table! Tayama's gentle atmosphere and lovely cafes are truly picturesque.
Tayama-san is someone who is very fulfilling in both her work and private life, and she also never neglects to promote herself. I think it's because she has such a well-balanced week that she is able to have a soft, bright smile every day.
Looking back on the days we spent together at the company, I realized that we laughed together most of the time. When we work together, every task becomes more enjoyable, we can consult with each other freely, and we can overcome difficulties. I am grateful to have such a workplace.
Nanae-san has many such things in her daily life. When I think about her future, I am excited to see what kind of woman she will become, both at work and in her private life, as there are many possibilities for her.
