MONOSUS
ICECREAMING MAG

Congratulations on the MVP: A steady, everyday approach will connect you to work. Reimi Katori

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The November 2025 award went to Katori, a sales support employee.

Every member of Yoyogi has seen Katori on the phone. We are contacting everyone who has a connection with Monosus to see if there is anything Monosus can do to help.
The accumulation of these daily experiences has led to a variety of work at Monosus. Of course, it goes beyond that, and includes document preparation and legal matters. I always approach my work thinking about what I can do.
The award was received with gratitude and enthusiasm from the sales team.
Here are some comments about Katori.

Business Producer Tatsuta

The reason for recommending him is that his steady sales support work has steadily translated into numerical results. I think that Katori's actions are difficult for members of the web production team and food and beverage team to see.
Sales support work is wide-ranging. It involves keeping sales materials up to date, organizing lists of customers to follow up with over the phone, and actually making phone calls to deepen communication with customers. They provide all kinds of support related to sales. Their efforts are paying off, and big jobs are starting to come in.
In sales support work, it's important to work steadily and consistently. Thanks to Katori's steady and uninterrupted work, Monosus is getting web production jobs. It's a low-profile job, but I wanted everyone to say, "Katori, you're doing a great job!" so I recommended you.

Account Sales Okuyama

Congratulations, Katori-san. I'm really glad! The project has already started in October, but we recently concluded an individual contract, so I recommended you at this time. As the legal representative, Katori-san is also handling the procedures for the basic contract for outsourcing with our business partners and the individual contracts.
Katori is in charge of creating a list of sales contacts for CF (Coding Factory), and he decides which companies to call or email based on the current order situation and resource availability.
This project started with a call from an existing client list, which led to an order for a large-scale project. It had been a while since we had a large-scale project for CF, so we were very happy, and it was also very helpful that Monotai's resources were filled up all at once.
This project also led to the client's director consulting us about other projects. Katori-san was originally the sales representative for this client. I took over from Tatsuta-san and Katori-san and have been in charge ever since.
When Katori makes a phone call, he understands the position of the person at the company. He also accurately selects the right people to call based on my general instructions, such as "I want to approach this list of companies." I think that's something only Katori can do, and it's actually difficult to even make an appointment over the phone. It's a mundane job, so I wanted everyone to understand, and I'm glad I was able to convey that. Thank you so much for your support all this time. And I'm really happy.

Sales Support Katori

In fact, when I returned to work after my second maternity leave, the company's structure and members changed, and I spent the past three years pondering what I could do. While continuing to provide sales support for CF, the BtoB team also reached out to me, and I began making phone calls. I was really happy when someone came to me to ask about work after I made a call. After that, Okuyama-san and Sakamoto-san continued to connect the work to orders, so there were many times when I felt reassured while making phone calls and realized that what I was doing was meaningful. Furthermore, when I saw the production team deliver the work properly, which led to repeat business, I really felt that we were working as a team.
The client that Okuyama-san mentioned earlier took over sales from Tatsuta-san over 10 years ago, and I was in charge of sales for a while. I'm very happy that my contact with them this time led to a big consultation. Recently, I've been calling some old clients from the early days of CF. I hope to meet new clients as well. Thank you for the recommendation!

Monosus Site Team

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
