Congratulations on the MVP: It's a daily accumulation. Attention to detail is reliability. Natsuki Sugie

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" The July 2025 award went to production director Sugie.

Sugie is mainly stationed in the client's team, providing marketing support and working on projects together. He consistently and meticulously handles complex internal and external coordination, earning him the deep trust of his clients.
Here are some comments about Sugie, who has a high level of concentration, a sense of responsibility, and is also committed to developing a team structure.

This time, we have recommended Sugie-san as the MVP. He led the "Customer Case Studies Collection," which compiles how clients are using the products of our client, a major foreign IT company. He joined the case studies team this year and has been entrusted with the important role of compiling use cases from a variety of companies.
This project, which covers a wide range of cases, including generative AI, requires complex communication with many internal and external stakeholders. Sugie-san has been meticulous in managing everything from production progress management to interactions with internal teams and clients. As a result, the project has progressed smoothly and we have earned the client's trust. Just recently, the latest edition of the case study collection was successfully completed.
I also think it's great that he is constantly improving his skills, such as by proactively sharing tips on meeting preparation and minutes creation with other members of the company.
Sugie-san is a truly reliable member of the team. Congratulations!

Production Director Fujiwara

Congratulations on winning the MVP award!
As Yamauchi-san mentioned, this series, which began last year, is now treated as truly important content among our client. Sugie-san is in charge of directing the entire series, and I am a team member who manages the progress of the design portion under his direction.
This project involves a great deal of pressure, as it involves Monosus' internal members, the client, and even the client's customers. In a situation where no mistakes are allowed, Sugie-san is carefully organizing information and proceeding with the project with the utmost care to avoid any mistakes.
Additionally, as the project expands, the number of internal members involved is increasing, and I think it's wonderful that they are carefully cultivating this system.
Another impressive thing about Sugie is his sense of responsibility in meetings. For example, just creating one case study collection requires at least two meetings per week. Sugie understands the situation of the production team members in advance, thoroughly prepares the agenda for the next day with the client, and actively handles everything from progress management to creating minutes during meetings. Of course, this case study collection is not the only thing he is in charge of. I am always impressed by how he continues to handle multiple such projects and multiple meetings per week with such high concentration and a sense of responsibility. There is a sense of security in meetings with Sugie (but at the same time, I also remind myself not to rely on him too much).
Ms. Sugie is raising a child, so I don't think she has full freedom to use her time, but I feel that she is still working hard to ensure that projects do not get delayed.
I respect Sugie-san's attentiveness and dedication to perseverance. I look forward to working with you in the future.

When creating a piece of work, it only takes shape thanks to the people involved in the project, and I feel this strongly every time a new issue is released or the design is revamped.
The more I upgrade myself, the more I receive advice from new angles, and sometimes I become acutely aware of my own shortcomings. But I can also use that advice for the next time. I've come to realize that the work I'm involved in now is what gives me growing pains.
I'm happy that my hard work has been recognized in this way. Thank you.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
