MONOSUS
ICECREAMING MAG

Congratulations on the MVP! Harumi Tasaki supports everyone with kindness, strictness, and gentleness.

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In February 2024, the award went to Tazaki, a member of the headquarters who plays a wide range of roles at Monosus, including general affairs, accounting, and human resources.

The headquarters is overloaded with things to do, including the onboarding procedures for new members in preparation for the opening of the MONOSUS Shokuken base, the administrative work that has arisen with the change in representative, and settling accounts... Even in the midst of all this, Tazaki is kind and strict in his approach to ensure that work in each department moves forward. Here are some comments from him.

Since last year, we have had to deal with the invoice system and the Electronic Bookkeeping Act one after another, and our company's internal rules have also changed significantly, creating a great deal of confusion. My team, which is by far the largest in invoice processing and settlement, has been throwing out a huge number of confirmation items to us almost every week, but the way they respond is just incredibly detailed, and they have been a great help to us both professionally and mentally recently.
Not only did they answer each and every one of my numerous questions without missing a thing, but they even thanked me, saying, "Thank you for sharing your insight!" I was truly amazed at their endless consideration.
When you treat me like that, it makes me want to treat you as courteously as possible, and more than anything, it makes me feel very good when I interact with you. Thank you as always.

Since joining the company last year, I have had onboarding training and regular follow-up interviews with Tazaki-san. I think that Tazaki-san values harmony and works fairly, sincerely, honestly, and carefully, while making others feel close to him through his gentle manner. That's why I understand that the people he interacts with feel good about themselves.
He himself said that he is the type of person who wants to understand why he is doing each and every task, and thanks to that, he is able to clarify and organize the operational issues within the headquarters, so in that sense, I think he is a very valuable and important character. Congratulations on being an MVP.

Congratulations!
Although he appears to be a kind and gentle person, he is as stoic about his work as an athlete, and sometimes he even gets angry at me when I'm not doing things properly.
Right now, we at the headquarters are extremely busy with end-of-year work and the launch of a new MONOSUS Shokuken base, and we are grateful to have so many new employees joining the company (more than 20 people have joined in the past month). We have a mountain of tasks to do, including the hiring procedures for these new employees, changing the names on our bankbooks due to the new representative, and needing to change all of our cards.
The headquarters assigns each person to a particular task, but when Tazaki has free time, he checks with other people and writes up notes. Even in the midst of chaos, he has a general grasp of the current situation, and knows who is in charge of the many documents that arrive, and says, "This is that document, so it must be Mr./Ms. XX." and finishes distributing the mail without hesitation or waste of time.
As mentioned in the message from Uemura, new rules such as the Electronic Bookkeeping Act and invoices have been introduced, and Tazaki is in charge of them, so he has to make sure everyone understands them. However, each message he sends is not robotic, and he carefully considers whether he should say it this way to the person so that they will understand. I am very happy that there are people like Uemura who are aware of this.
Despite being someone with no experience in back-office work, I think you are doing a great job tackling the current chaos and have recommended you for your hard work. Congratulations!

Comments about Tazaki
Representative Manabe

congratulations.
This is something I can say to everyone at the headquarters, but as the number of people is rapidly increasing, Tassa (Tasaki) was originally a medical office worker and has been in an environment where mistakes are not allowed for many years. Although he has a strict side, he always points out mistakes gently, but there are times when he looks at me very critically. I think that's also good.
I joined the company around last summer, and even though I've been here for less than a year, many members have thanked me for supporting them like this. As the number of Shashokuken members has increased rapidly, I truly believe that everyone is able to do a good job thanks to Tassa's support. Thank you as always.

Headquarters member Tasaki

Thank you everyone.
It's been a difficult time for me, so receiving encouragement like this makes me want to try my best again next time.
I'm the type of person who can't move forward if there's something I don't understand, but when I ask the headquarters members or Mr. Sakuyama, they stop what they're doing and explain things to me, even when they're busy, so I find it very easy to work with them.
I'm very happy to receive words of gratitude. When I speak to everyone, they always respond calmly and help me out every day, so I want to express my gratitude to them as well. Thank you as always! I look forward to working with you again.

Monosus Site Team

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
