This is Furuhat from the BtoB team.
The BtoB team I belong to proposes renewal of corporate websites, with BtoB companies being our main clients.
The prototype of the team was born in 2012. One day, I was approached by our CEO, Hayashi. He said, "We've decided to start a new project within the company. The current members are Sakamoto and Kikunaga. I'd like you to help out with the project by supporting them in various ways."
The goal was to create jobs specialized for the BtoB industry. It was a completely new challenge, starting from scratch. I accepted the offer quite casually, thinking that Sakamoto and Kikunaga, who had been working with me since I joined the company, could handle it. Thus, the "BtoB Project" quietly began with the three of us: Sakamoto, Kikunaga, and Furuhata.
After that, the project was given the name "BtoB Team" and grew to the point where it could accept orders for the creation of corporate websites from BtoB companies as a separate department. In addition to creating websites, we also interview web managers from over 600 BtoB companies and compile the results into a " Corporate Website Operation Status Report ."
Currently, the BtoB team consists of five people. Let me tell you a little about them.
* Kikunaga , an early member, sadly left Monosus this spring to focus on his band activities. He is still going strong and pursuing his music career.
Yoshihiro Tatsuta
He is the manager of the Marketing & Sales Department and has been in charge of the BtoB team for four years. He is a leader who is strict when it's time to be strict and lenient when it's time to be lenient. He uses Kansai dialect on a daily basis and has established himself as a "no-honor" character within the company due to his appearance, but he has become a much more mellow person. In fact, if you go out for a drink with him, he's a very nice guy.
His work is meticulous and careful. He trains Haga, who joined the team last year, like a mother bird raising her chicks. He is a festival boy who always returns to the local autumn festival , while also hiding his caring mother character.
A word from Tatsuta!
With the web industry changing every day, new ideas and tools are emerging for B2B corporate websites and web marketing.
What we are currently researching most in order to provide to everyone as a service is "creating a system to increase sales using marketing automation."
Yasuo Sakamoto
Sales manager for the BtoB team. He was in the sales and director role even before joining the project. His motto is to have fun in everything he does, and he loves festivals. Maybe that's why he often becomes the mastermind behind company events and fun activities. Incidentally, he co-hosts BAR monosus (an irregular event where we open a bar in a corner of the company) with another festival guy, Tatsuta.
Whether at work or play, once he gets going, he's a reliable presence who can lead everyone with incredible power. However, when he's sleepy or hungry, his activity level drops significantly, so I give him snacks at those times. He's the company's best sunny guy . Even if it's raining, there's no need to worry about an umbrella when Sakamoto is heading out.
A word from Sakamoto!
I'll come to you anywhere, so please let me meet you in person and tell you all about it.
Please feel free to contact us with any web-related issues you may have.
We would like to make a suggestion!
Hiroyuki Oyabu
He was assigned to the BtoB team this year. Until then, he was in charge of large-scale website production and operation projects in another department. He is currently making a name for himself as a director and project manager. His hard work was recognized, and he was awarded the August Monthly MVP . The whole team was delighted. At the club's drinking parties, everyone was quick to point out his natural tendency to be teased, causing a wave of laughter.
Even though it's so "delicious", he doesn't seem to understand it (that's interesting). He has a lot of topics to talk about, such as movies, art, delicious restaurants, and clothes. He has experience backpacking overseas. He sometimes says, "I want to go to India..." I hope he takes a vacation and goes to India.

Please leave the production process to us. We will work with you until you are satisfied!
We would like to work with you all with the motto of creating fun and high-quality products.
Keisuke Haga
He graduated from the second batch of Kamiyama Monosasu Juku . He learned coding and writing while living in the mountains of Kamiyama, Tokushima Prefecture, and moved to the Yoyogi office. His writing and editing skills were recognized and he was assigned to the BtoB team as a planner. Since then, he has been studying and practicing planning every day under Tatsuta.
In his previous job, he worked at a select apparel shop. It is typical of him to be particular about the design of not only his clothes, but even ballpoint pens. This spring, he surprised everyone by suddenly shaving his head, but now he has completely taken to the shaved head.
A word from Haga!
I want to use my mind like a sponge to absorb various things and use them in my planning.
I also write for the " BtoB Research " section of the Monosasu website and the newsletter " Kopo Research News ," so please check them out.
Yukari Furihata
I work behind the scenes in the BtoB team. I support the team's activities on a daily basis, such as publishing the newsletter " Koppoken Tsushin " and creating data. I sometimes write walking maps for the Monosasu website. Regardless of my skill, I like writing. My hobbies are buying books (piling up) and walking. I've walked around most of the Yoyogi area, and am currently expanding my horizons towards Hatsudai. I'm wandering around looking for a restaurant with a nice terrace seat.
A word from Furuhat!
I've been watching the BtoB team closely since they planted the seeds. The buds have sprouted, the stems have grown, and there's still a long way to go. I want to think, feel sad, and laugh together with these members.
Above, I wrote about the members of the BtoB team who work in the same room every day from my perspective. Some members have long-version introduction articles, so if you are interested, please take a look at those as well.
These five people make up Monosus' BtoB team. Please get to know us.
