The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In April 2022, director Matsunaga was awarded the award.
Here is a comment from Matsunaga about how his hard work every day has led to new projects.

Since the beginning of this year, we have been working on a major full renovation project, and I believe that Mr. Matsunaga played a very important role in helping us secure this order.
Since about two years ago, Mr. Matsunaga has been involved in operations, and he is really attentive to our customers, or rather, he is so involved that it's like he's an "insider" at our customers' companies! Thanks to him, the distance between us and our customers has gotten closer and closer, we've been getting more requests for work, and we've gained their trust. I think that this kind of groundwork was one of the big motivations that led to us being asked to work with him this time.
When I consulted about this renewal, I was really surprised because I felt like I was being called in to speak by the person in charge when I visited the client to handle the public launch of a separate operational project.
"I'm so involved that I'm treated like an employee of the client's company," I thought, and I wanted to say it loud and clear, so I recommended you. Congratulations on being the MVP!

I am participating as a planner in the projects that Mr. Matsunaga is taking the lead in. It is a good opportunity to see Mr. Matsunaga's work first-hand. What I feel there is that Mr. Matsunaga is trusted by his clients.
When I look at where that trust comes from, I think it's because Matsunaga is interested in his customers' products and is becoming more knowledgeable about them. It's easy to say "let's get to know the customer," but the question is, "what do we need to know?" First of all, it's important to know the product, and that attitude is important. I'm learning a lot from working with him.
It's a long-term project, so it will be a while before it is released, so I wanted everyone to know that Matsunaga-kun is doing a great job, so I recommended him.

In the 1st quarter, a member of my unit was taking a temporary break, and at that time he was one of the first to reach out to me, saying, "I've heard about it. If you can tell me what the situation is, I might be able to help you."
At the time, I was also in a lot of trouble, so I felt very relieved that he reached out to me. In the end, there were no projects where we could divide up the roles well, so we didn't have a chance to work together, but I thought it was great that he took the stance of reaching out to people in trouble.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Matsunaga for reaching out to me, even though he himself is very busy with many projects.

I think this is the third time that I've been given the opportunity to be the project manager for a big project that Matsunaga-san has been managing. Because Matsunaga-san is managing the project, the clients have a lot of trust in Matsunaga-san and in Monosus in general, and it's so easy to start a project, which makes me feel every time how much Matsunaga-san is trusted and loved by his clients. I'll do my best not to hurt that. That really helps me and makes me happy. Congratulations!

Congratulations. I'm very happy. The client that you're in charge of is the original BtoB project, right? Nearly 10 years ago, we had the idea that our company would be a good fit for creating a website for this kind of company, and that we could build a good partnership, and that's how the BtoB business started. I thought it would be nice if our new relationship with that company became a project that symbolizes BtoB and operations.
What I think was good about this time was that when I was talking to Matsunaga-san, I simply said, "Why don't you find out a little more about the customers and the product?" and from then on I saw him become more and more interested and start to look into it more.
I think it must have been great for customers to be able to discuss such things with us. It makes things a lot easier for customers if we understand them without them having to explain everything about our company, so I think that's what made them happy.
This project has been going on for over a year, so I'm sure it will be tough, but I hope to hear some good news when it's over. Congratulations!

To be honest, I didn't expect to receive it at this timing. At work, the 1st quarter (January to March) is the busy season, and I feel like I'm causing trouble to my team members and sometimes to customers. I try to do everything, but sometimes I end up missing something, and this MVP is what I'm reflecting on and thinking, "I need to do it properly."
The reason I wanted to learn more about the customer's services was because I couldn't keep up with the conversation about the products that the customer and Mr. Hayashi were talking about when we visited the site together. I thought I knew a little about the products because I manage the website on a daily basis, but I was shocked that I couldn't keep up with the conversation. So I became interested in the products and started asking the customers about them. As I listened to them with interest, my understanding of the products deepened and I was able to understand what they were saying, so I would like to keep asking questions about the customer's services and products with interest in other projects I am currently involved in.
The project has just started, and I feel that I need to improve myself, but I will be encouraged by the MVP award I received this time. Thank you very much!
