My name is Miyagawa, manager of Monosus Thailand.
We are currently looking for people to work with us at our Bangkok office.
Have you ever thought about living abroad someday?
Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, is a city where people of various nationalities from all over the world gather. It is well known that there are many Japanese residents, but what is less known is that Bangkok now ranks first in the world in terms of the number of Japanese people staying long-term by city, excluding tourists and permanent residents, surpassing Shanghai and LA. (Ministry of Foreign Affairs statistics, 2015)
Bangkok has the perfect balance between modern convenience and the chaotic heat of Asia, all while living a comfortable life amid a modern cityscape.
Why not start a new career in Bangkok, which is said to be the most livable city overseas for Japanese people?
What we do
Monosus Thailand was approved as an encouraged business by the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI) in 2013 as Monosus' overseas production base, focusing on CODING FACTORY services, and carries out front-end coding work for website production in Bangkok.
In the future, we also plan to expand our services with the aim of acquiring projects from global markets, and we are currently making preparations for this.
As a hybrid production team that combines Japanese values regarding quality with Thai skills and sensibilities, we aim to create a work environment where each individual can utilize their strengths while also creating an efficient work flow, and we are also working to create a system that will increase the staff's job satisfaction.
We are not just a group of people who quietly create websites day in and day out; we seek to build meaningful relationships where we can live and work together, and to achieve results that can only be achieved because of our differences in race and culture.

Overseas job options
The decision to leave Japan and "work overseas" may not be an easy one.
However, here in Bangkok, there is an environment where Japanese people can live and work comfortably.
Even if you are not confident in your English skills, we have an interpreter so that you can work as long as you have the skills to create web pages. Of course, people who are confident in their English skills can work more efficiently, and after all, the surrounding environment is one in which both English and Thai are spoken. Depending on how you interact with others, you can easily acquire language skills. For those who have the skills and desire but have given up on changing jobs because they cannot speak English, I hope that this recruitment will be a great opportunity.
I think everyone has thought at least once about wanting to change their current environment or take on more challenges. When you really try to change something, I think who you spend time with and what kind of environment you put yourself in will make a big difference in your future.
If the way we work and live is different for each person, then there should be a variety of options for each person at each stage of life. Living abroad surrounded by different cultures and values is one option to change something about yourself that is rigid and expand your future possibilities.
Job Description
The job you will be doing is directing front-end coding for website production. You will clarify the results that users and clients want, finalize the specifications and schedule, and work with coders to ensure efficient progress.
We receive many requests from Japan's leading companies and production companies, and we can produce websites in any genre and quickly propose the latest front-end technologies.
All of the coders we work with are front-end engineers who graduated from top science universities in Thailand and passed the selection test. We have an environment where you can improve your skills on the same level while enjoying daily intercultural exchange with ambitious and friendly Thai staff.
