Congratulations to the MVP Yuka Hatanaka for taking on a client-based project with a strong sense of responsibility and working hard to recruit a successor.

The MVP award is given to the person who "worked the hardest this month!" In March 2023, director Hatanaka was awarded the award.

Since joining the company, Hatanaka has carried out client-based projects with a strong sense of responsibility and has earned the trust of our clients. Here are some comments about Hatanaka, who graduated from the project in March of this year, much to our regret.

This month I tried to promote it with more enthusiasm than ever before.
This March, Mocha (Hatanaka) will be happily graduating from the project that we have been working on together for over six years.

In connection with this, I have been working on recruiting a successor since last year, and despite being busy with organizing my own work, he has devoted a lot of time and effort to the recruitment activity. Furthermore, he has prepared handover documents and assisted with the new employee's onboarding procedures, and has carried out this project with a strong sense of responsibility until the very end, so that the project will proceed smoothly even after he graduates. I am filled with respect and gratitude for that.

Our unit is involved in projects where the client is on-site, and what's amazing about Moka is that she sometimes discusses things from the client's perspective, and isn't afraid to voice opposing opinions if there is a possibility that it will improve the quality. She doesn't just complete what is asked of her, but also takes pride in striving to create even greater value.
Thanks to this attitude and her continued sincere and careful communication over a long period of time, Mocha is highly trusted not only by the department of the client where she is based, but also by the surrounding departments, external partner companies/freelancers, Monosus's own designers, and even the client's customers, and I believe this is the biggest factor in increasing Monosus's presence as a company in this project.
Although it has already been more than three months since we informed our clients of Moka's graduation, we still hear many people expressing their sadness, which makes us realize what a big presence she was.

Thanks to Moka's tremendous efforts, we have been able to hire an excellent successor, so I hope that she will continue to watch over this project even after she graduates, and I would like to recommend her as an expression of my gratitude for the past six years.

Thank you for your hard work during the interview. As part of my HR support duties, I had the opportunity to accompany you in the job interview for your successor.
The online interview was conducted with around 10 people, and proceeded with me explaining about the company, followed by an explanation of the job duties of the current employee, Hatanaka-san.
At the time, I was coughing a lot with bronchitis, so when we had consecutive interviews it was a bit tiring to have to repeat the same explanations, but I remember feeling that at some point, I began to feel like we were comrades in arms, and I felt that I could rely on him, knowing that Hatanaka was also doing his best despite his hay fever.
I have had very little work-related contact with Mr. Hatanaka up until now, but after seeing how he spoke during the interview, he seemed very smart and competent at his job, and I think the content of his explanation and responses to questions must have left a good impression on the applicants.
I think that your positive comments about what you learned from your previous position, as well as the fun and rewarding aspects of the job, contributed to your successful hiring. Congratulations.

congratulations!
A few years ago, I also helped Hatanaka-san with his work. It was an event, and the location was a hotel suite. They were shooting an interview video for a client, and there were about 10 people on site, including the cameraman, interviewer, and director. I had heard that the preparations up until that point had been very difficult, and I think that on the day of the shoot, he was still in that same state. Normally, it would have been a dreary atmosphere, but with Hatanaka-san in charge, the room was filled with a very good atmosphere, and the shooting progressed with a great feeling. When the staff got lost along the way, I saw them consulting Hatanaka-san, and I realized that they relied on him. He is a mysterious, wonderful, and charming person.
When it came time for me to be the first to introduce someone for the Monosasu site's relay article series, I had no hesitation in introducing Hatanaka-san.
I found out later that she was already pregnant at the time of the event, so it must have been really tough for her. Even after giving birth, it must have been even tougher to continue working at the event while raising a child.
Congratulations to Hatanaka-san for always giving his all!

Comments about Hatanaka
Representative Hayashi

congratulations.
I haven't worked on a project with Mocha before, so I think we mostly talk during interviews and events.
Some of you may not know this, but the field marketing team was previously under my direct control.
At that time, I was in a team that did web production and planning. I was working on the Tatemichiya website, lol. After Manabe-san took over as manager, the team changed into the field marketing team. Because of that, I feel a sense of familiarity with the team that Mocha is a part of.

There are a lot of things about Mocha that I personally find strange. I was wondering at first if it was okay for her to transfer from a big company.
I was seconded there for 100% of the time, and from my perspective, I have the impression that the people there have a warm relationship with the company, so I always attend consultations and interviews hoping to see if there is anything I can do to support them.
I understand that he will be taking a short leave of absence, but I hope that he will be able to work energetically and happily in a new field again.

First of all, thank you for selecting me. I am humbled because this award was not given for any direct work-related achievements, but I feel that the Monosus culture of shining a light on even the smallest things like this is wonderful.
Before I knew it, I had been working on a client team at a local location for about six and a half years, and I truly feel that I have been nurtured by the Monosus members who work alongside me at the same location as the client team.

Regarding the recruitment, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Miyagawa, Mr. Sakuyama and Mr. Okubo from the headquarters, and to the rest of the team. I apologize for the inconvenience we caused as we were conducting recruitment activities while continuing our regular work. I believe that we would not have been able to proceed with the recruitment activities without everyone's cooperation. Thank you again.

Because I have always lived on-site until now, I didn't know much about the people who worked at Monosus, despite it being my company. However, through recruitment activities and events such as the sports day held at the end of last year to celebrate the 18th anniversary of Monosus's founding ( commemorative video of the sports day ), I have learned that there are many unique and fascinating people at Monosus (now that I know this...), and I hope to be able to have more contact with Monosus and the people who work there in the future.

Because I started working full-time at Monosus when I joined the company, I have no actual experience of working there, and I have no idea what kind of work I will be doing there in the future. However, I would like to use the experience I have gained over the past six years to contribute to Monosus on a new stage, together with the people at Monosus.
Thank you again.

How to create good blood circulation with members and other people involved? How can we deepen our relationships to do better work? While thinking about this, we introduce the people and work of Monosus. The secretariat has approximately five members. I love eating a lot.
