At Monosus, we select the person who can say, "I worked the hardest this month!" and hold an awards ceremony at a monthly meeting where everyone gathers.
The March 2020 MVP award was given to Miyagawa, who has been actively involved in Monosus' new recruitment system, which began last year, and has built relationships with great members.
Here are comments from Maruyama, who recommended the award, Miyagawa, the award winner, and Representative Hayashi!

First of all, as we were hiring new people for our crowdfunding business, we were recommended because of our support for recruitment and the way we interacted with people.
CF hadn't been able to hire any new members for about two or three years, and we didn't even know what kind of criteria we needed for new hires. However, when Miyagawa joined CF as the business owner, the hiring standards were established and coordination between Okubo and the unit leaders in charge of hiring became much clearer.
Also, speaking personally, this was the first time we were recruiting as a Maruyama unit, so I didn't know what to do, but I was very grateful that you took the time out of your busy schedule to teach me how to write articles for recruitment media and to review them for me. It seems that a lot of people applied through that media, and Okubo-san also expressed his gratitude for the fact that he interviewed each of the people who advanced to the interview selection stage.
We will continue to hire in the future, so we may need your help in various ways again, but we appreciate your continued support!

Thank you. There were many more people who should have won the MVP award, so I feel very sorry that it was me. We started recruiting last year, and this month we managed to hire two members who will be involved in the business of CODING FACTORY, so I think that was one of the reasons we were awarded the prize.
To be honest, there are many people I would like to thank, such as Okubo-san, Sakuyama-san, and Hayashi-san, who worked hard to support us until we were able to hire them, and who wrote the recruitment article. Matsubara-san was also involved in the initial training of the people we were able to hire, and Tatsuta-san also cooperated with us. I think that we were able to start recruiting because of the cooperation of many people, such as the members of the quality control department and Hata Mine-san.
For me, hiring is the most important part of a company's work. I think it's where you see what kind of people you want to work with and what kind of company you want to be. So this time, rather than hiring because they didn't have enough people for the CF business, I think I had a strong desire to help select the members I wanted to work with, in terms of what kind of company I wanted them to become. Within that, I cooperated with the hiring activities within the scope of what I could influence.
Since I joined the company, I have had many opportunities to be entrusted with recruiting activities, so I hope to continue to make use of that experience with the cooperation of many people. This recruitment activity is not over yet, so I hope to continue to connect good people with Monosus through connections. Thank you very much.
Message to Miyagawa
- Representative Hayashi
The reason for this award is about our recruiting activities, and from my perspective, the way we recruit has changed dramatically since the company changed its teams to a unit system. Until now, each department recruited on its own, so we would hire people to fill vacancies or because work got busy and we didn't have enough people in the department, but that's not how we recruit anymore. We still fill vacancies when necessary, but since last fall, Okubo-san and his team have been recruiting by meeting as many people as possible and working together if we find a good person.
So when we first meet with applicants for an interview, it hasn't been decided which department they will be assigned to. We encourage unit leaders to attend various interviews, but it can be hard to find motivation when you're not sure whether you'll be hired or not, and it can be a bit unclear as to who will play what role.
Okubo-san can see people, but he doesn't know much about the skills in specialized fields. Miya-chan, who has the potential to come to the CF, looks at them like that. As a result, for the first time in a long time, we were able to hire someone other than a graduate of the school for the CF slot. That's a huge thing, so I'm grateful that they're making such moves.
Personally, I haven't seen Miya-chan for a year, so I'm happy to be able to work with her in this way. At first, she joined us as a Thai hire, but Miya-chan is good at interviews, and I could see her gradually getting into the groove of hiring. Okubo-san has also told me many times how much he's helped her, so I'm glad to hear the gratitude from the unit that was able to hire her in this way.
