What we value
"Sa Shi Su Se So" brings out the best in the ingredients
We use the basic Japanese seasonings "sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and miso" that are made simply using traditional methods rooted in the region, and we are conscious of bringing out the best in the flavor of the ingredients.
Healthy seasonal vegetables
Based on organic farming, we select ingredients that reflect the season and the region, and incorporate fresh, seasonal, nutritious vegetables into our menus in a well-balanced way.
Taste created through hard work
We value the deliciousness and warmth that can only be experienced by taking the time and care to prepare each and every dish, such as hand-kneaded hamburgers, homemade dressings, and serving freshly cooked food.

We want to share the ingredients carefully made by producers and their passion with as many people as possible. With this in mind, we purchase ingredients directly from small producers all over the country.

Safety and trust are also important factors in making daily meals delicious. We will provide easy-to-understand information on the origin and producer of ingredients, nutritional value, etc.
