At Monosus, we value that each individual has their own "standard" for work, life, and living. In order to think about how you want to work and choose for yourself, we have created and operate a "Role System" where you decide your own position and a "Remuneration and Evaluation System" where you decide your remuneration through consultation.
Role System
From six roles and eight positions, each with different action guidelines and evaluation periods, you will consider how you want to work and live, then choose, declare, and discuss your desired path. Details are available in our Culture Deck.

Remuneration and Evaluation System
Members in the positions of "No," "Sa," "Su," "Hi," and "To," as illustrated in the diagram above, declare their desired salary for the following year and decide upon it after consultation. Their remuneration is evaluated from two perspectives: the target gross profit derived from their salary and their activities directly linked to financial goals, and the self-initiated activities they choose to pursue.
